Description from the owner
This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3.5 bath second row half of a duplex offers good ocean views from 2 balconies on the front of the home and excellent views of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway from each of the 3 balconies on the west side of the house.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you'll need for basic meal preparation. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and a private bath. The third has 2 twins. High speed internet access is provided.
There's a public beach access only steps away and the house has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off the sand when you return.
