We love N. Topsail Beach. This house was perfect for our 4 families to meet and stay at. Every room had an excellent view of the ocean and direct access to a deck. Treasure Realty is so esy to work with at check in.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 612 Hampton Colony (or "Uncle Frank and aunt Sally's" for those of you who've stayed there!). Our extended family of 17 were very comfortable here - the home has a great layout and lots of personal touches. You truly feel like you're being hosted at a friend's home. We've been coming to Topsail for years and this kitchen is by far the best-stocked we have seen. Whatever you need, you'll find it!

Our family has been coming to N. TopSail Island for 6 years now, renting an oceanfront home at least once and often twice a year, and "Dolphin Daze" is our very favorite place to stay. It has a homey feel, comfortable and a place we all love to stay. We don't even think about going to S.C. beaches anymore...TopSail is the only beach for us!!!

My husband and I have been vacationing at Topsail since 1997. In fact we were married on the beach in 1998. We were featured in your advertising brochure afterwards. We have stayed at Topsail Dunes, Shipwatch, and The villas. Last year we decided to stay at Hampton Colony. The house was so dirty that we had to clean it before we started our vacation. The carpet was so dirty it turned your feet black. It was infested with ants! When you spend over $7,000 on a rental, i expect it to be clean and not infested with bugs. As your Topsail Island, we love it!!

Please let us know immediately upon your arrival if you find a home not cleaned to your standards, and we will send a crew back out to take care of whatever needs to be cleaned. A few weeks prior to your stay in June 2011, the owners did have the carpets cleaned, and this year, they actually decided to replace the carpets entirely. Thanks for your feedback on this.

We loved this place. My family (including 5 couples) does not usually return to the same rental twice, but this one is at the top of our list for our next visit. Wonderful relaxing shared space and lovely bedrooms almost all with an ocean view. Great light and sliding doors to two large balconies, a large dining table and a great kitchen. And added perks like an elevator to bring up groceries and luggage. And we usually never consider a pool when looking for a rental but the community pool was a great addition that we used almost daily. And the hottub and an enclosed outdoor shower. And the house is a little more secluded but not too secluded. Great beach for castle building, frisbee throwing and bocce ball. And the bed situation worked great for our 5 couples with 2 Kings and 3 Queens. The sixth room with the bunk will come in handy if/when we rent again (new little baby's room :).
We lost a day at the beginning of our trip in Late august 2011 when hurricane Irene came up the coast. But Treasure Realty kept us posted with email updates on the weather and check-in changes leading up to it. And even though the renters were lined up the next day, check-in was super speedy once the office opened. Thank goodness we did purchase the rental insurance which reimbursed us for the lost day and changed travel arrangements.Response from Treasure Realty - 04/23/2012
