You will be blessed when you rent this beautiful home located in a private and peaceful section of Topsail. The home feature five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The home has a majestic view of the Intracoastal waterway and a dock. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and one on the top floor with the living area. The beach access is located just across the street (see aerial). Amenities: Elevator, High Speed Wireless Internet, Jacuzzi Tub, Gas Fireplace, Outside Shower, Dock. Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, Pyramid Bunk, Queen Futon. Sleeps 13.

Once in a lifetime experience. The home was more than you could ask for,the views were spectacular,the gator in the bay was bigger than the dingy tied to the dock! Never will forget this vacation!

The house was beautiful and better than the pictures online. The neighbor to the south was a little put out when we mistakenly took his Sunday paper !
The dock was in disrepair as the boat lift, outlets and lights do not work. The main reason we rented this place was to have a place for our boat.Lucky for the boat, we had no storms that week. -

Beautiful house and location. Loved it for a family. Loved having the inland waterway and the beach not far. The kayaks available were great and we had great fun fishing from the dock. Views were wonderful.

We loved the home and surroundings. The only complaints we had were the following:
- back lawn was not mowed, i borrowed neighbors mower and did it myself while we were there
- the grill was very dirty and barely usuable, also there was no propane tank on sight we had to go buy a tank with an out of pocket expense of $53.00
- the outside lights on the dock did not work
the inside of the house was beautiful and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay.

We loved this house!! It is a great house for families, we loved the open design. My husband enjoyed fishing off the back dock, we also brought our canoe and enjoyed riding it in the sound. Lots of room for everyone!

the home was great! very big and spacey. Everything was clean and what the website said. The price was a little high and so lights were not working on the deck. call to have them fix,but no one came to fix them that week. but the stay was great!

The house was lovely but in need of cleaning/repairs. I have consistently seen with the houses we rent from Treasure Realty that the cleaning job is poor and this one was no different. The Tv's did not operate correctly in the bedrooms. The house was also in need of painting and having the carpets cleaned. We enjoyed being on the bay and using the kayaks. Having close access to both the bay and ocean is the big plus for this home. I would come back to the house if some of the maintenance has been done.

We come back every other year with our entire family because of the beautiful location with an unobstructed view of the ocean and being on the sound - can't be beat.
The home itself is beautifully appointed and even has kayaks a real plus for our family. We cannot say enough about the service we receive from the capable Treasure Realty staff and we always order linens and it is perfect for us. Nothing in this house worked and it took forever just to get high ceiling and outside lights fixed. Nothing on the boat dock worked (lights, water, etc). Fireplace in house didn't work (staff told me it was "to early" to turn it on). Staff was rude and I am still waiting for the people in charge to answer my complaints. If you plan on visiting Topsail Island I am quite sure you can find a better rental company than these clowns. They have lost the ideal that my vacation time should be as important to them as it is to me and not spent trying to get things fixed and paying for things that don't work (boat dock, no night fishing for the kids, no gathering around the fireplace at night for the adults). If it doesn't work say so in your ads and I could have rented someplace else with the stuff we wanted. Not worth the money spent for it.

I know one can sometimes experience a measure of disappointment in a vacation rental.
