This is a perfect home for a small family that wants to be at the beach and by themselves. The home is Oceanfront and is on a very large lot with a very developed dune structure. There is a path through the dune with a private over walk. The bedding is: 1 Queen, Day bed with a twin trundle, sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6.

Was not the original house we signed up for. Treasure Realty switched us to this becasue the house we rented was not good at all. This house was Great, clean neat and everything you need. Good rental for small family. Two bedrooms. Good location.

It is so easy to rent from Treasure Reality. Key pick-up is easy and they are always available if you run into problems. 3600 Island Drive is a small, quaint cottage that is perfect for our family. We spend as much time on the beach as possible, so the small indoor space is perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked with the pots, pans and essentials that we need and there is a great selection of books and games as well. The only negative is the really uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Overall, it is a great beach cottage!

We love this house! This house is perfect for a smaller group who wants an ocean front location. It has a private walk to the beach right from the back door. We only have 6 people in our group and it would be a waste to rent a larger house just for ocean front. We are currently on our third year of renting this house and we absolutely love that we are making these memories with our children. We have never had a problem with anything. The linens are always delivered on time and everyone is so nice if you do have any questions. The location of this house is in such a quiet/noncommercial location which is just another reason we come here - to get away from the hustle and bustle. We are always talking(more like day dreaming)about our next trip to 3600 Island Drive. Its a wonderful getaway for a relaxing vacation.

This was a great little house located on the beach of North Topsail. There was three of us, Husband, Wife and young child (2.5 yrs old). It was the perfect size for us, the beach was quite private and was easy to get to places. We would have stayed again, but our family has grown and needed a bigger house. Great rental for small family or romantic couple.
