The large oceanview Master offers a luxurious King bed with full bath and Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms host a queen-size bed in one, and 2 sets of bunk beds and trundle in the other, sharing a jack-and-jill full bath. The third floorâ™s peaked ceiling provides the perfect hideaway for two single beds and a full bathroom. Launch your boat at the community boat launch and dock it in our private boatslip in the neighborhood marina. Boating or no boating, the private boat slip allows guests to still enjoy making memories fishing or crabbing in the sound.   Very nice house, fairly well appointed but I got the sense it's not rented out much. Given the distance from the beach it's best if you have multiple drivers as it can be a hassle to get to/from the beach. However, there are 1-2 parking options just off the main road (turn right by Villa Capriani and go about 200 yards - there are parking areas on both sides of the road). Other than that, having access to the dock across the street was great for the kids. On the whole we enjoyed ourselves.
