4004 Island Drive is a located just over the High-rise Bridge at the North End of Topsail Island. This Ocean Front duplex is generously appointed and has all the comforts of home. Morning, noon and night the sandy beaches are just a step away. This home features 4 bedrooms, with 3 Kings, 2 Bunk Bed, sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen that is best described as cute. A group of 5 women spent a week, and it was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for the number of people we had - would not suggest more other than maybe couples.
The location is wonderful - right on the beach with short drive to whatever is needed.
Only complaint would be TV and electronic set-up, good thing we had a 'techie' and used laptop to play Dvds.

My wife and I spent a week here with our two year old Lab- I've rented alot of beach houses in my lifetime (43 now), this I enjoyed the most. The close proximity to the beach cannot be matched. In the master bedroom, with the sliding glass doors closed, you could still hear the waves crashing on the beach! Sitting on your front deck that close to the beach was also unparalleled. Very nice king size beds with excellent mattresses. A hose right there on the steps to clean the dogs after frequent beach trips. I would replace the sofa, it left alot to be desired, but I can understand not putting anything too nice in a rental. I will be back.

enjoyed staying so much..The house was clean and oceanfront. All linens provided, which was very helpful.Would highly recommend the staff at Treasure Realty for their help and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed this location. For the 1st week in May it was quiet. It was clean and dog friendly. Also Linen was provided. The owners provided a welcome packet which was nice. It also had internet. The view of the ocean from the bedrooms was great. Also the rental fee was reasonable.

After staying many years on Hilton Head Island and many more at the southern Outerbanks, we have discovered our "new" favorite" place - Topsail. Friends have gone there for years and described it as a place where time/construction stopped in the 50's. We do not care for all the crowds and enjoyed a very laid back 2 weeks of beautiful weather in early October of 2011. The service provided by Treasure Realty was exceptional as was the house - comfortable, clean and on the beach! The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with no need to bring anything. We particularly enjoyed the ocean front decks on both levels and plan to return soon. There was absolutely nothing negative about the experience.
