Great direct oceanfront duplex. This home has four bedrooms that includes a larger master suite with sitting area and balcony overlooking the living room. There are three bedrooms (2 oceanfront) on the ground floor. There is wireless high speed internet, a Jacuzzi tub, 3 Tv's and fireplace. Bedding: King, 2 Queens, twin w/trundle, sleeper sofa. Sleeps 10. This property does not have a working land line.

This was the perfect place to stay, just needed a little paint touched up, Treasure Island Realty was just awesome, very speedy check in, all went great...I like the quiet laid back city of North Topsail Beach, Such friendly people, great food in the area...

Was not happy with receiving the wrong key in our late arrival packet. Called the emergency numbers serveral times, no one ever showed up until Sunday only to change the lock. We obtain entrance by my husband picking the lock. Dirty linens was left in the downstairs closet and dirty wash clothes hanging over the shower rod. The glass dining and coffee table were both dirty. Spoke with Bill on Monday the 4th with regards to all and was not sure that he really cared. We will try to stay again in Topsail but not at this location. I loved the beach and view from our balconies.. all of the neighbors were very friendly.

Generally speaking, the number for housekeeping is posted on the refrigerator, and they really are happy to come back out if anything was missed.
Honestly, I am not sure what happened with the keys to this home. Our records indicate that your husband was able to get you into the home, so it appears that rather than calling someone out to change locks in the middle of the night, we waited until the next day. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your husband. Sometimes it is difficult to get a vendor to go out that late unless it is a dire emergency. I spoke with Bill, who remembers your call on Monday. He said he thought that everything had been dealt with sufficiently by that time. I am sorry if that was not the case. The house could use some paint/wall repair, new shower curtain in the hall bath. Also the only descent mattress was the master bedroom.overall, it was a grest place and I would rent it again.

Our family is spread out and we needed to meet in North Carolina for a family wedding...so the 4 bedroom option was perfect for all of us. The place was nicely furnished, all we brought was the food and drinks. Particularly enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise. Renting linens was the only way to go for us, it just didn't make sense hauling around sheets and towels for everyone. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, thanks to the cleaning crew. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to Topsail Island now for 5 years and have been using Treasure Realty for the last 2 years. The service it great but checking in is a little difficult. The house was well cared for; the only down fall is no elevator we had a family member who has trouble with stairs and this was a problem because the stairs are steep and lots of them..:(

3960 Island Drive is extraordinary. From the minute I walked into the entry hall, I was impressed. The house is huge! It's very deceiving from the outside, but inside the house there's room after room. The home is very clean, well stocked and immaculately maintained. I only wish that I could have taken the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom home with me. My family and I have been visiting Topsail Island for over 12 years. We usually stay in the Topsail Beach area, but honestly the North Topsail area was cleaner and the dunes looked well fortified. The homes in this section are magnificent. We are looking to purchase a home in Topsail and that would be my first choice of locations. If - no I'm going to say - when we buy it will definitely be with Treasure Realty. From start to finish they could not have been any nicer, helpful and in my case - patient. Everyone in that office is so sweet and will bend over backwards to help you. I would have to say this was one of the best weeks I have had in Topsail.

The service was great, everything was as promised, we loved the home, more than we expected, had everything (plus) that we needed, the location was perfect! Beautiful beach! We all had a fantastic time and will definitely come again!

Thought this house was nice, not great, but old and not kept up. We liked the layout and proximity to the beach and the locale. However, on our 5th day, I went upstairs to take a nap in the master bedroom. I woke up with a bed full of ants!!! I am allergic to insect bites (carry an epipen) and this totally freaked me out! To make matters worse, I got up to take a shower and get the ants off and a huge cockroach skittered across the floor in front of me. We did not have any food in the bedroom. We left that evening, cutting our stay by a day and a half. This home was for sale and not kept up to standards. Roofing was missing, railings were wobbly and no amenities. Kitchen was poorly equipped--glad I had brought my own things.

Treasure Realty was great to work with, they promptly answered all questions and their process was professional and easy! The house was great, right on the beach and very clean and nicely furnished. The only negative comment that we had was that the master bedroom opens up to the main living area via a loft-type window. It would be nice if there were shutters there so that you could do something to help block out the light and noise from the living room. Other than that one suggestion, the house was perfect for our stay and we are making plans to rent it again!
