This home is your perfect beach getaway! This home is meticulously maintained and only a short walk to the beach! This home has high speed wireless Internet, a spacious deck with views of the ocean and sunset. There are three bedrooms on the first floor along with the living area. The 4th bedroom has two twins and is a loft overlooking the living room. Bedding: 2 Queens, 1 Full, 2 Twins (in 4th bedroom loft). Bring your pet for a $200 nonrefundable pet fee and a $300 refundable damage deposit.

It's picture does not do it any justice, 5th avenue 8203 turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise! It is amazingly close to the beach. The views from the deck are of both the ocean and inlet, and make for quite an enjoyable spot to have a glass of wine or just kick back. The house itself,has pretty much all the amenities needed and is just far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to everything.
The downside, not enough seating for eight people! There is not a DVD player attached to any of the Tv's (which can be both good and/or bad). The laundry room is off the carport and you need to keep the door open or the mustiness will overcome you. This is also where the 3rd bathroom is located, which we found to be a bit odd, since there are no walls between it and the laundry area. The washer and dryer are top-of-the line, but, instructions would be very helpful. The carpet throughout the house, looked to be new but was badly in need of a cleaning. (However, our stay was at the end of the season). And, the aC went out on us for a day. However, Treasure Realty had someone there later that same day and it was fixed. All-in-all, this house was a great find and this was one of our best beach vacations, ever!!!Response from Treasure Realty - 10/19/2012

My wife and I stay in Topsail every year. This year we had family coming and going. A great time was had by all. A short walk onto the beach. Close enough to walk back to the house and eat lunch and go back out for more fun in the sun. great parking for 5 cars easy and more if ou needed it. The kids loved the loft.

Our stay at 8203 5th avenue was absolutely awesome! The house was cozy with plenty of room for our party of 6. The property was really close to the beach so we could walk to and from with no problems at all. I would highly recommend this property as well as Treasure Realty! They are really awesome people to book with.

I wrote a review on our rental and turned it in with the keys.
Our stay was very nice. We got locked out once because of the type of knob on the door. You could open the door from the inside when it was locked, and if you shut the door, your locked out. We had to drive all the way back to the office and pick up a key, or have one delivered for I think it was 20 or 25 dollars. I was not happy! The washer was not working either. Loved the house. It was very clean and furnished pretty good. It needed a gas grill. We had to use a charcoal grill that was in bad shape. Access to the beach was nice.

We will get someone out there right away if it has not already been replaced. As for the grills, we have asked that the gas grills be removed from the vast majority of our properties in favor of renting a grill from one of several providers on the island. It just seems that the cleanliness, operation, quality, and safety is so much more reliable using vendors.
