What a lovely home with magnificent views, more than adequate amenities, and superior cleanliness. We were also so fortunate to have fantastic weather. I would be more than happy to rent this property again and certainly would recommend it. We had all six bedrooms occupied the entire week and it never felt crowded.
This property is across the street from the beach but beach access is provided, and the property provides a dock with access to the water behind the barrier island.
The lower level of this home is a complete apartment so would be accessible to people with limited physical abilities. There is only one small step to get into the lower level.
I was also impressed with Treasure Realty. The whole rental process went smoothly.

When we arrived at the home, we were in awe...simply beautiful. The home was immaculately clean and tasefully decorated. I have stayed in condos on the beach in Ocean City, MD and Virginia Beach, Va but none compared to this spectacular property. Every one of us had our own rooms and bathrooms and we enjoyed the ammenities (i.e. WiFi, tvs in every room, laundry machines, ping pong table, bbq grill, dock, etc.). I could go on and on to say that this was one of the best vacations I ever had. Our family has decided to make N. Topsail Beach and 3655 Island Dr. a family tradition. We can't wait until next year. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Loved this house .The furnishings were not only beautiful but comfortable . Both kitchens were modern and very well equipped , even for a large group. The porches were a treat as you can enjoy the oceanview in front and marsh on back just by turning your head. We spent mornings drinking our coffee on the dock , watching the many birds , We even had an alligator hang around for about an hour one afternoon . Hated to leave and would definately rent again .

Our two families loved this home... some beach houses feel like like a house, this felt like a home. The owners obviously love this place and keep it well maintained and updated for others to enjoy. The private beach access with shower and storage locker made our beach excursions very easy. We found some really nice shark teeth, sunned, walked, talked, surfed, swam, boogie boarded, and surf fished (caught a nice Blue). Chased crabs with flashlights at night. We enjoyed having our own dock where we fished (2 flounder, a red drum, and several pin fish), cast-netted (lots of mullet minnows and shrimp), and crabbed. We loved dining on the screen porch with its water and sunset views. The flatscreen in the upstairs living room was nice, but the 60" Pioneer in the downstairs living area was awesome (Lord of the Rings trilogy, Extended Edition, in BluRay), and the extra full kitchen down there was very handy. One night a huge thunderstorm was passing by far away, and we all went up to the roof top deck with a nice ocean breeze blowing and watched the light show for an hour (a cigar or two may have been lit). So many wonderful memories... we would certainly come back to this wonderful place.

This was a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. It had two full kitchens that were very well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable, the house was clean and neat and did I mention that it was beautifully decorated? We celebrated our mother's 70th birthday together and we had family in from London and Cairo and atlanta. Everyone loved the dock access for the marsh as well as a quick and easy walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful. Treasure Realty was very easy to deal with. Everything was done online and the few times I had to call and ask a question, they were very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!

This is our second time renting a vacation home through Treasure Realty. First, they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. They are a well oiled machine and were always courteous and available. This year's home at 3655 Island Dr was lovely. It was well appointed, especially if you need 2 separate kitchens and was right across the street from the beach. The location is great because it's centrally located between the 2 bridges onto the island. Our extended family of 13 would certainly stay here again. Thanks for another great vacation!

Stayed here with my husband, two teenage daughters, sister, brother in law and brother. Plenty of room for all of us. What a beautiful house, very clean, decorated nicely and great beach access (just across the road). Would stay here again. This wasn't our original house we book.We were told 6 days before our arrival that our original house was in forecloser. So we were moved to this beautiful house. Of course we had to drive by the original house to just take a look. That house had not been rented in a least a year. It was in deplorable condition. So, I wonder why it was ever listed at all??? Island Drive 3655...didn't have the pool, hot tub or oceanfront access that we originally booked, so of course there was disappointment. But, I would highly recommend this house and I would stay here again. Great for larger groups. And if you are picky on cleanliness this house is perfect. Loved the beach access, great porches, kitchens have everything you need, beds comfortable, quite area, not a detail overlooked in regards to the decor...beautiful.

This was not the house we origninally rented for the our vacation during summer 2011. The other house had been double booked so when we arrived (4th of July weekend!) of course everything was full. The owner had just moved out of this house about a week earlier and was gracious enough to let us rent it for the week. It was absolutely gorgeous - so much better than the other house. We were very pleased with our service and will use this company again if we stay at Topsail Island again. This was our 12th year staying on the Island but we will definitely be using Treasure Realty from now on.
