This was our 4th time visiting Topsial, and 3rd different property, but by far the nicest, well equipped, well maintained property we've rented! The homeowners definitely care about their property and care about making it a seamless transition from home to vacation for their renters!
The house was not only beautifully decorated, it was freshly painted or at least seemed to be, and had everything you needed for a weeks stay. We're a family that cooks every meal at home, and brings our own large pots and skillets because of past experiences with the lack of amenities supplied. However definitely no lack of items supplied in this home.
We loved the house, the experience, and price of this home! What a wonderful week we had! We will 100% be renting this home again next year!
Thank you to the homeowners for providing such a wonderful home to share. Others on the island should be so diligent.
You can't be any closer to the ocean if you tried! Also you're only about 2 miles away from the major shops and everything you need. We love Topsail because there really isn't much to do outside of the home. It's a very nice and quiet place to get away and relax! We have 4 children ages 5-13 and they enjoy just fishing on the beach, boogie boarding, and collecting sharks teeth.
Service from Treasure Realty was as usual stellar! No complaints this year at all! We can't wait to book this property again next summer!

All I can say is wonderful vacation, wonderful beach home, wonderful time had by all!
We have rented beach homes for over 20 years, and this one is perfect! We loved everything about it - the location, furnishings,etc. In fact, stayed here in april, and renting it again in October. RoanokeBest Beach House Ever

We had a fantastic week at the beach in this house and will be back again and again. We loved the layout of this house and the wondefuldining area and huge porch. Treasure Realty has been so good to work with that we would not even consider another company, and 2012 will be our 15th year of coming to Topsail and working with Treasure Realty. They and their houses are the best!

The house was everything we hoped and more. We loved cooking in the very well equiped kitchen,and the view that surounded us was amazing.
It was very clean and even the linens were beautiful.
The location couldn't be better, close enought to pick up groceries and yet you feel like you are in paradise.
It was a true escape from everyday life. -

This is our favorite house on Topsail (we've also rented 4 others over the years) - great for 2 familes with 3 kids. Place was spotless - great job by Treasure Realty cleaning crew - no sand at all! amazing! Upstairs layout is great - great hot tub to lay in and watch the stars. We really did not use the lower bed rooms - they are nice, but one has the a/C unit, that could bother some who don't like noise. Kitchen is great - plenty of plates, pans, glasses, etc. Great storage- beach chairs and sand playing toys when we were there (but you never know). The garage is huge. Grill was used a lot. Check in at Treasure Realty has always been easy. Never had a problem. Location is great - not too far from Grant's Clam place (wholesale), drive into Surf City easy - NY Deli, the popsicle place, etc. New Harris Teeter past the old bridge in town. Thomas' Seafood store is great. Beach sand on Topsail is the best on the East Coast (sorry secret is out). Beach never crowded, plenty of room if it was. Water is warm (Aug). We've had luck since it is during hurricane season we rent - so in the 6 yrs we have gone, only in 2011 was there a mandatory evacuation, and that was on the friday before we had to leave anyway. We were reimbursed very quickly for the time we missed (less then 2 weeks from applying for reimbursement).
This place is also near the pool, but we rarely used it since the ocean was so great. You can also visit Wilmington, nice, and travel down the coast. But, this is hard to beat and North Topsail is an easy trip from DC - (do not take I-40) - take I-95, then the route from Wilson, NC (stop at Dick's hot dogs) and Wilbur bar-b-que, and go through Kinston, etc.
