Check-in was smooth and quick. Though we initially didn't have Internet connection, as soon as we called someone came by and fixed it.
The beach was where we spent most of our time: looking for shells, working on our tans, and taking long walks. We found out why this area is apparently famous for sharks' teeth!
The house was just what we'd hoped for -- roomy, comfortable, and clean, with great views and easy beach access. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed. We had a fabulous time! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

We have stayed at this house (we call it the Froggie house) for the 4th time this past October. It has everything you would want or need on vacation. It is kept very clean. Our grandchildren love it.

We all enjoyed our stay at the beach and this property. However, the beach is slowly disappearing from this end of the island, and i do not think i would stay that far down again. It is also appraent that since th eowners are selling, they are not doing much to maintain the property. The deck wobbles. We would not use one of the sets of stairs because we were fearful. i also left my games in the house and have yet to hear from anyone about finding them. i called the Monday after our return 7/16/12 to report them and no one has called me back. A response would be appreciated. i will try again on the 23rd.

Topsail Beach is working on a renourishment project. The home was sold over the summer—subsequent to your stay, and inspections showed that the decks/stairs were fine. We loved our stay at Frog-Etta-Bout-It! The location of the house was perfect for easy beach access, and the views from every side of the house were beautiful.

There were bugs in the down stairs bathroom. comforters had stains on them. house was dusty. I have rented this property twice before with no problems. Not really sure what went wrong this visit. I may consider renting another house next year. Can treasure reailty compensate me and my wife for the problems we incured during this recent stay?

Loved this house, loved the area. This house was great for a large group of people. Great access to beach. Just a great atmosphere. Only possible downfall, lots of steps. Would absolutely rent again. Had problems with the neighbors sewage running into rental driveway, Treasure Realty sent someone out immediately yo handle even though it wasn't their rental unit causing the problem.

area across from us wasn't that great because when the tide
Came in it left very little beach area to sit at and we had to drive down

You are right about the beach on this end of the island; however, I am very happy to report that this has recently changed. The town of N. Topsail Beach has realigned New River Inlet and renourished the beach on the north end of the island. Not only is there is a drastic difference in the width of the beach, which has been extended seaward about 150 feet, but there are 4” dunes in front of the homes there now as well. I hope that helps as you are making decisions about where to stay in 2013. The house is good and it sits on a culdesac which is great. The beach is tough...some times it is nice and large and some times it is very short. The house could use a little maintainence.

With regard to the beach, I am happy to report that the town of N. Topsail Beach has recently completed a channel realignment and beach renourishment project on the north end of the island where this home is situated. There is a dramatic difference since the beach has been extended seaward approximately 170 feet and dunes have been constructed in front of the ocean front homes! The house and its location were a good fit for our family. The beach was very close by and so was the golf course. I would recommend this house to any family looking for a good value and a good time at te beach.
