This home has a great view of the ocean and the New River Inlet. It is located at the very tip of North Topsail Beach and the best sunrise view on the beach. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath has sleeping for 11 with :1 king, 2 queens, 1 pyramid bunk, queen sleeper sofa. There is a large screen TV, VCR, DVD, multiple decks, Nonsmoking and no pets.

Chose this property for it's location and price. The views and beach were perfect. We absolutely loved being able to walk right out onto the beach and enjoy the sand and surf. We loved being right at the tip of the island near the New River where we fished daily. The house is well laid out and tastefully decorated. However, the rental could use some immediate attention.
1-The entire place had not been dusted or vacuumed. Our attempts to vacuum found that the vacuum was completed clogged.
2-The showers were extremely moldy and the shower doors covered in soap scum.
3-There were several light bulbs that had burned out (most notably in the kitchen and in the oven).
4-Sliding glass door on 2nd level was incredibly hard to open/close and was a test in patience when we tried to lock it.
5-Cable worked on one floor; didn't bother us too much until we realized the internet did not work at all. Someone came out to fix it to no avail.
6-There were two broken toasters. Someone brought a very cheap one on day 4.
7-During a torrential downpour the front windows leaked into the stairwell.
8-The until sleeps reportedly sleeps 11. However, the kitchen could not comfortably serve 11. They could use some more cereal bowls, mixing bowls, bakeware, cooking utenstils, and maybe a pitcher or two.Response from Treasure Realty - 09/26/2012

Had you called to inform us about the cleanliness of the home; we would have been glad to send someone out to take care of that for you along with the vacuum, the burned out lights, and the additional kitchen utensils, etc. that you needed. Any issues we have had with the Internet/cable in this home have usually been linked to the outlet for the wireless modem, which has a wall switch. When this switch is flipped, it cuts out the Internet and the cable TV. We appreciate your feedback, and we will definitely share your comments with the owners. Treasure Realty was great. This house was aquiet and restful place. My 3 grandchildren had a wonderful time in the ocean and riding bikes.

The location is great and the views are awesome. We enjoyed our stay but I would recommend a few things that the owner could easily do to make the stay even better. The house was pretty "bare-bones".
The location is at the very end of North Topsail Island and as such there are not many options for outside entertainment. That is exactly why we chose the location.
Having said that, Many families would likely rent this house and there were several DVD players but no Dvds. Families typically would not bring their own dvds and it would be very easy to purchase several dvds from the discount racks. Just a suggestion.
Also, the house had 2 toasters but neither one worked. That provided a challenge for breakfast (toast, waffles, etc.)

It was a beautiful place with a breath taking view of the ocean and inlet. I would and would like to come back again here as soon as I can.

This will be our third year that we rented the same house in july. We love it from its roomy spacious rooms to being on our own beach! The foot trafic is very minimal, and being right at the end the kids love it. The house is not totally up to date but it is great for a bunch of Beach bums. We did have a snake problem last year, but are hopeful that it is taken care of this year. We love this house!!!
