RaleighGreat Property, poor management
Left on 04/11/2012 for a stay in October 2010
Overall the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay despite poor response from management on amenities they offered but did not work. We chose the property for several of these amenities and to not have them working definitely put a damper on our trip. We had a feeling that Treasure Realty already had our money so they did not care. Topsail Island is a beautiful beach and I recommend going, but there are other rental companies that operate there. Hey Mark…thanks so much for taking time to review this property. It is really nice, especially when you are able to combine it with the crazy fine property next door as you did for your wedding! They make a fabulous wedding location site and I am sure the extraordinary value was a blessing to you as well. That being said, I am so sorry we were not able to get the iPod docking station working for you, in spite of every effort being made. As for Treasure Realty, we are really trying to elevate our responsiveness to our guests. I apologize for any apparent indifference on our part. We are hoping that this new review program we have begun will help us with transparency and accountability to help make sure all our guests receive the best in quality and our utmost respect and appreciation.
