Several families from our church went together to rent this home..The layout of the house worked perfectly for allowing us to all hang out together and also allowing privacy for parents while enabling the kids to have their 'personal space' as well.
We really enjoyed the addition of the pool table! (My family has stayed here in both 2007 and 2009) Although the area seems much more populated that our last stay, we still liked the uncrowded feel of the beach area.
We will definately be considering coming back again!

The homeowner's truly thought of everything!! The kitchen is stocked with lots of gadgets (that I don't even have in my own home) in addition to all of the basics. Each room is nicely decorated with comfort in mind. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and right next door to the pool! The hot tub overlooking the beach was so nice and most days had the perfect breeze! The outdoor shower was a very nice extra as well. This was our second visit and we will definitely plan to return.

We have been staying in this same house for years. This year, however, was not up to what we have come to expect from the house as well as Treasure Reality. The day wee arrived and checked in, the house was not cleaned anywhere close to how well in had been cleaned in the past. The Kitchen was the worse, we spent two hours cleaning before we could unpack. Chairs in the house were in disrepair and unsafe to sit in, we have three guest fall because of poor chairs. Thanks goodness no elderly people were involved. Pool cues where broken, the lists goes on. Every year, I take tools to fix minor things we incounter, but this year was well more than I could do. As, Far as Treasure Reality, we paid for the hot tub to be clean ahead of time, but it took until the fourth day of our stay for it to get done. Service calls seemed to get ignored. We as a family love staying at this house. We were just a little let down, hopefully next year these issues will be addressed.

Thanks for your kind and candid review. I am so sorry about the lack of cleanliness you experienced when you arrived. I wish you had allowed us to send a crew back out to clean for you; we certainly don’t want you cleaning on your vacation! The broken chairs have been replaced, and had you informed us about the pool cues, we could have gotten some of those for you as well. Our goal is always to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so we certainly would not ignore your requests for hot tub service. Our records indicate that it was serviced on the day you arrived, but at your request, we did ask the vendor to go out again. He is an independent vendor (not an employee of Treasure Realty), but I’m so sorry he did not respond and take care of that for you in the most timely way.
We have made the owners aware of these issues, and they have responded—selecting both a new housekeeper and a new maintenance person. Hopefully, this will make a huge impact going forward. We would hate for anyone to miss out on such a lovely home due to shortcomings that are really very easy fixes. I hope that helps. The place was perfect for our needs. We had 4 families stay together. We've done this many times yet this was the first time where everyone got a "nice" bedroom for each family (usually there's 1-2 master bedrooms per house.) The location couldn't be better. On the beach and right next to the local pool. Usually we get a house with a pool but with this location we felt we didn't need one (and we were right!) We'd stay here again and actually considering a repeat trip next summer!

Overall this cottage was great. As usual renting from Treasure Realty was pretty much flawless. We loved the two washers and dryers and the two dishwashers. It's imperative that our cottages have a large dining room table and this one filled the bill. The decorations were a bit funky but fun. We didn't return because the next year we needed a smaller cottage and this year we need a bigger one. The location was perfect - close to the grocery store and the community pool which is great especially for little kids. Checking in that year was a bit problematical but they seem to have corrected the process last year. As we have a family member with ms the elevator was key.

The house was fantastic. Our family had a wonderful time. We had friends from France visiting and they enjoyed their vacation immensely. The house was immaculate. All the rooms were wonderfully decorated. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves.
