This was a wonderful rental home. The privacy was excellent, with an empty lot on both sides. It's closeness to the beach, literally steps away, and the kitchen well supplied with everything needed for cooking in. In fact, we cooked in every night but one.
We spent hours on the deck watching the Ospreys, Pelicans, Dolphins, and the beautiful sun rises. -

This was our fifth year vacationing on Topsail. We have really grown to love the laidback island lifestyle and Treasure Realty has always provided top-notch service. 4216 Island Drive is a great house! We have stayed in homes with more amenities, but the size, layout and close proximity to the beach and community pool cannot be beat. Thank you Treasure Realty for another fantastic vacation!

Kitchen was not well supplied. No decent bowls only plastic with lids. Deck was duct taped. Had trouble with master shower which handle was installed backwards...had to have a plumber. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Roof leaked in den one night. House appears in disrepair. Treasure realty was good to deal with got back to you in a timely manner. Master shower should have had directions. Hard to believe we were the only ones with a problem

We stayed after our grandsons wedding.. with other members of our family.. All enjoyed the living space and decorations.. made us feel right at home. Loved sitting on the deck and seeing dolphins out there going by and shrimp boats.. loved walking the beach and finding beautiful stones.. other relatives stayed at a house down from us .. loved going back and forth and just having the best week... would love to go back someday.

This house was a disappointment. The deck was in terrible shape. Siding of the house was in terrible shape with missing shingles and stained wood trim. One set of deck doors was rusted shut. The paint job in the house looked like a couple of drunk teenagers did it. 2 burners on the stove did not work. The oven did not work. There was a mouse in the kitchen that came out at night and ran around.
