Description
This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome on three levels in the oceanfront community of Shipwatch Townhomes II in North Topsail Beach. This unit has 5 large decks, with three on the ocean side and two on the Intracoastal Waterway side. It's freshly painted with beautiful bright beachy colors that will enhance your mood and put you in the vacation spirit.
Entering the unit on the first living level, there are two nicely furnished, large bedrooms, with a full bath on this level to accommodate the two bedrooms. One of the bedroom faces the ocean and the pool and has access to a large covered private deck with comfortable seating. The second bedroom is on the Intracoastal side and has access to a deck on that side of the townhouse. Found on this level as well are a full size washer and dryer.
Immediately noticeable when going up to the second level is the beautiful, hardwood flooring that stretches throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. WiFi is provided, along with TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
There is a large deck on the ocean side just off the living room which provides comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful ocean views.
The dining area has plenty of seating, along with extra seating at the kitchen bar. On the sound/ICW side of this level you will find a very large kitchen with plenty of space to accommodate several cooks in the kitchen at the same time. There is also an additional dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. There is also a pantry in the kitchen, allowing extra room for food storage.
Just off the kitchen you will find another large deck, providing a great spot for viewing the often spectacular Topsail Island sunsets. There is a half bath just off the kitchen, as well.
Moving upward, the entire third level is dedicated to the master suite, including a private balcony with mesmerizing views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, as well as great pool views. There is a large master bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. A large closet provides lots of storage on this level. There is a separate air conditioning unit for the top level, providing extra comfort during the summer nights.
The unit is set up to comfortably sleep 8 with 2 queens, 1 double and a queen sleeper sofa.
Shipwatch Townhomes II amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool. There are NO tennis courts.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY TWO PARKING PASSES ARE AVAILABLE PER UNIT, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
