This North Wildwood Beach cottage is comfortable with many modern conveniences, yet offers a simple, relaxing environment. The living room/Kitchen and dining area are a combined open space. There are 2 bedrooms, the master with a queen size bed, the second with a full size bed, both rooms have more than ample closet space. The home offers central a/c, a covered front porch and open rear deck. There is plenty of off street parking and a rear yard with a table and chairs. New for summer 2013, a 37" wall mounted flat screen TV. Newer BBQ completes that "down the shore musts" list. Pet friendly for companion dogs up to 25 lbs.

This rental is located 4 blocks from the Boardwalk. The location allows for quiet time when sitting on the porch (front or back) to catch up on a novel. The cottage is clean and will accommodate 4 adults comfortably. Finding foods to prepare on the gas grill is simple, across the street is a pizza/deli store where I found the meats to be exceptional. Beside the back deck, there is a small yard with a table and umbrella where 6 people can enjoy an outside meal. Another convenience is off-street parking. There is no need to worry about parking when returning from the beach (plenty of room for 3 vehicles). Washer/Dryer, Cable TV and Wi-fi are included. The cottage is pet-friendly (a rare find in Wildwood).

We had a very nice vacation and the house was perfect. We needed a pet friendly house so we could bring our golden retriever and we found the perfect place.
