This town home offers everything you need for a perfect shore vacation! Located right off the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk and free beaches at 23rd and Surf Aves. With 5 bedrooms and up to 2,500 square feet of comfortable living space, this beautiful home is perfect for families to share.
Leave your car in your own private 2 car garage and enjoy the ease of getting around in one of the best locations in North Wildwood! As you walk up to the front of the house you will observe the large covered patio where you can relax and enjoy the sites of the shores. Upon entering the house you will admire the beautifully decorated foyer, den/bed...room with a queen sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom. This downstairs living space is perfect for adults or teens who want their own space, kiddies who want a place of their own to play video games, the babysitter, or as an in-law suite. This room contains a large collection of VHS and DVD movies for your enjoyment.
The 2nd floor features a spacious, bright and airy great room with a 47'' HDTV, VCR and DVD players, a large cushy sectional with a queen size pull out sofa bed and two reclining chairs, a dining room with an 8 person dining table and 5 counter stools, and a marvelously equipped gourmet kitchen. The 2nd floor also features a large private deck with a furniture set where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes, Surf street parades, and truly spectacular views of the Friday night fireworks. Also on this floor is a charming bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV, VCR and DVD player. The laundry/utility room with a full-size washer and dryer and a large pantry for food storage is also located on the 2nd floor, as well as a powder room.
Located on the 3rd floor is a grand, luxurious, beautifully decorated master bedroom suite with an ocean view. This elegant room features a king bed, a full master bathroom with his/her sinks, 32'' LCD wall mounted TV, and a huge walk-in closet. Watch the ocean glisten as the sun rises in the morning, or let the sound of the ocean waves lull you into a restful sleep at night. Also located on this floor are two more cozy and inviting bedrooms. One has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) and has a fun, tropical fish theme, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and features an attractive nautical theme. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Also on this floor is another full bathroom.
We have furnished the house with comfort and beauty in mind. All of the furnishings, appliances, and mattresses are new, and top of the line. We have provided for you a perfect vacation home that is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and marvelously equipped with all the conveniences of home.
Linen package available for $75.
Package includes: high quality sheets and pillow cases for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. No laundry for you to bring or clean, just relax and enjoy your vacation!
$75.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit if unit is left in less than satisfactory condition or if trash is not taken out or removed/recycled properly. We expect that unit is left in a neat
condition upon departure.
$400 security deposit with our signed rental agreement. Will be returned within 14 days after keys have been returned and property is left in the same condition it was upon your arrival. 50-percent of rental amount is due 120 days prior to arrival. Final 50-percent of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks accepted for deposits. Final payment must clear prior to 15 days before check-in. Reduced Security Deposit for off season weekend stays and return guests.
Deposit and Rental Fee's are non-refundable once a Lease Agreement has been signed. However, if a family needs to cancel, and their original week is re-rented, all of the monies previously paid (deposit, rental fee, etc.) will be fully refunded less a $175.00 cancellation penalty. The earlier you advise us of your need to cancel, the better chances of us re-renting your week!
We rent to RESPONSIBLE families and adults only. No senior weeks, proms or spring breakers, no groups. Must be 25 or older to rent.
