Enjoy this beautifully decorated three bedroom, two and 3/4 bath townhouse in picturesque Deer Park Resort. This spacious home offers two levels. On the entry level you will find the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a bedroom with queen bed and three-quarter bath. The living area offers a flat screen television with VCR and DVD. Make sure to enjoy time on the deck off the dining area which offers a charcoal grill for barbequing. The upper level of the townhouse hosts two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV/VCR/DVD while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a television.

302 Deer Park was a pleasure to stay in. Overall room layout was great as well as all of the ammenities. A bit of a walk to the lake/river but not too far. Loon Reservation Service again handled all arrangements flawlessly. We will be staying again in the future and will contact Loon Reservation Service for available properties.

This was our first stay at Deer Park Resort. We loved our townhouse--it was very clean and spacious. We came up with 3 other families and they all loved there places too! Can't wait to stay there again next summer!

Unfortunately we were to busy being tourist that we did not take advantage of Deer Parks amenities. The condo was wonderful. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths gave everyone their privacy. It was in a great location between Lincoln and Woodstock, right off I93 with the information station right on the exit. Attractions, restaurants, and ice cream near by. I don't think there could be a better place to stay.

The only problem with the bedroom of the first floor the CO detector went off at 3:00 AM in the morning making a big noise. I had to open the window and turn the fan on. I do not know the cause. Someone of the maintenance has to check this device.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was immaculate. The beds were so great that I had to peek and see what kind of mattress it was just so I could get one for me and my husband. The entire unit is so comfortable with comfy leather couches. Kitchen
was very well stocked, and was a pleasure to cook in. The only little need was that we could have used more towels, since I have two teenage girls, and I had to use the W/D almost every day for towels. Otherwise, this is one of the best units we've stayed
in and I will definitely look this one up for next year's stay. Thank you Loon for great service as always. We look forward to coming up each year! Have a great Fall/Winter season! Liz Daly -

Deer Park is the perfect place for a family vacation. We have been vacationing in Lincoln for the past 12 years. Onc we found Deer Park, we never stayed any place else. The lake is so clean and clear, the river is fun to explore, play in and fish in. The condos are immaculate. There is something for everyone regardless of age. Kids can bike, play tennis, basketball, or go to the indoor pool, or upstairs to play pool, bumper pool or ping pong. The location is close to Loon and Cannon Mountain. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Deer Park!

Everything about this property was perfect for us as there were two families, one with a young child and a baby. Our only regret is that the unit wasn't closer to the community center and lake.
The facilities at the community center were particularly helpful as we experienced quite a bit of rain during our week. -

We absolutely love Deer Park!! The unit we stayed in is our favorite place to stay. Whenever we make future visits to New Hampshire,we know where we will stay. It feels like our home away from home.

Our family has been going to Lincoln, NH for many years. We have stayed in many different places but once we found Deer Park, we have not stayed any place else. There is so much do right on the property. My kids love to swim in the lake or paddle around in our raft. The river that runs behind the property is fun to explore. If you follow the river far enough, you will come to a place where you can actually tube down a portion of the river. You can also ride bikes, swim in the indoor pool, work out in the on-site gym, or play all kinds of games in the game room. If you choose to leave the property, I-93 is literally, right around the corner. I would highly recommend this place, especially to a family with children.

A lovely unit, clean, quiet, and well-furnished. As usual, Loon Reservations staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to allow us to check out at noon the day we left instead of the normal checkout time of 10 a.m., and that made for a very nice, relaxing morning.

My husband Leslie and I (as well as our friends) loved the Deer Park location. We found it to be much nicer than all the other properties we have previously rented from (loon station, riverside). The unit itself was very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The convenience of having 2 ensuites was perfect for sharing with another couple. We liked it so much we are considering returning for a long weekend stay in October to bring our daughter there and will call once we have dates confirmed.

The Kitchen was very clean with nice new appliances. The bedrooms had ceiling fans and the bathrooms were immaculate. Lots of room for the family to spread out on those rainy days.
I would definitely go back again. -

With it raining all week we figured that at least the indoor pool would satisfy the children but the pool was down for most the week. I would like to see a small eatery at Deerpark. That would make it the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you and we shall return.
