Just what everyone needed
I'm from Truckee and visting family from Elgin ILA needed vacation in a great place for family

My brother and adult daughter really enjoyed the condo, especially walking to the village for a cocktail and running on the trails. Its a quick and pretty walk down to Northstar village. And, after biking, hiking, and beaching it at Tahoe all day, I was able to go back to the condo and use the very well equiped kitchen to cook for them. Thanks very much and they will return, as my brother told Dava on the phone.

This was a great condo to stay with our whole family. Plenty of room for a family of 6. The location was perfect. You can walk to the village and gondola for skiing. The beds were cozy and there were games for the kids to play. We highly recomend it. We will definately come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Accommodating place for children or pets and love that the bedrooms/bathrooms are on separate floors. Everyone gets their own space. There is plenty of storage for your winter gear and the place is equipped with games, movies, books, and kitchen supplies. There is a lot of parking, its next to the ski trails and walking distance to the village. What more do you need?

My husband and I stayed here and I will say that the owner made the whole check-in process very easy. The condo was very clean and we loved the gas fireplace which really does put out a lot of heat and gives a nice cozy feeling. The view from the living room was like being in the forest...very comforting. There were just a couple of disappointments...I personally do not care for flannel sheets and found them very uncomfortable and not really considered the "finest" beddings as listed in the listing description. Also, I wouldn't call this unit ski-in, ski-out. It was quite a trek to the other end of the parking lot to then have to climb a snow mound to get on a slope.
