TWIN OAKS being a fully re-furbished through-out bungalow an...d furnished/decor to the highest of standards, makes life so much easier being all on one ground level. Exclusive in the fact that we only accommodate one couple or one person at any one point of time. We have a very large off-street parking area at the front of the property, that there is never the need to reverse on or off the drive-way. TWIN OAKS guest bedroom is of a good size with quality double bed, which has a quality firm mattress for a good nights sleep. Complete with alarm clock/hair dryer/Freeview HD TV with DVD player/Internet Access (WIRELESS)/tea & coffee making “with quality teabags, coffee and FRESH milk/large-fully-loaded cookie jar/bottled water/quality & very soft white bath robes/white open-toe spa slippers/soft white towelling (clean & fresh changed for each & every day of your stay)We only use Hypoallergenic hollow fibre filled pillows & quilt. All though our guest room does not have a un-suite, you are only 4 steps away from the shower room with toilet/bidet/wash basin/double size walk-in shower/electric shaver points/scales/quality shower gel-shampoo/plus hand-soaps etc. (Hence the reasons we supply full-length unisex bath robes and spa slippers). During your stay you will be the only users of the toilet & bidet, as we have two in the bungalow, and you will have full priority use of the shower facilities at all times. PLEASE NOTE: we have no children; therefore it is only myself & partner that would use the shower when you are not. But you can rest assured that the shower room will always be clean at all times, as we both have very high standards of cleanliness & self hygiene.

The Norfolk Broads is a great destination for long or short breaks, whether you enjoy boating/walking/bird-watching/cycling/shopping/coastline/ or just to un-wind and relax. If you have cycle bikes, we have a locked garage for storage. (PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS) If you enjoy bird watching, you could not start your break in a better location than TWIN OAKS. Our garden has many bird feeders which attract many different types throughout the whole day, and trees that are used for bird nesting. The garden of TWIN OAKS faces south-west and is a sun-trap all day long, therefore bedrooms at the front of the property means a nice cool room in the summer, and also the garden has a very clear horizon during the day & night. YOUR FULL HEARTED TRADITIONAL ENGLISH BREAKFAST can be served in either the dining area, conservatory or the garden patio (weather permitting)

Our Traditional English Breakfast is Second-to-None. We always aim to buy locally where possible, and always select the finest and freshest ingredients. Our aim is always to give you, the paying Guest, the very best quality that you should receive when accommodating away from your home. Our meats are good quality, and our eggs are farm-fresh from Coltishall (a couple of miles up the road) We only use quality jar marmalade & preserves, not the little foil rapped pods. All tea/coffee and fruit juice are quality, and not cheap wholesale products. We never use mini-milk-pods at breakfast or in your accommodation room, we use fresh milk only.Read more
