      Perfect for exploring the city

Lovely accomodation. Lovely owners. Ideally located for a short bus trip or nice walk into the city. Also a couple of decent pubs and eateries on hand if you don't want to venture far.

Clean, comfy and in a terrific position.

Left on 01/09/2013 for a stay in November 2012

The annexe comprises the top floor of an extension to the main house. Modern decor, very warm and cosy in deepest winter, and everything included in the price. Parking position in the gravel drive (off-street parking is a must for me)and a short walk down the hill to the main road where there are several pubs that serve terrific grub. The main road is also on a good bus route into Norwich where you can pick up bus connections to all parts of Norfolk (You can tell, i'm sure, that we have our bus passes!)

      Wonderful getaway retreat!

Left on 04/13/2012 for a stay in February 2012

The owners were away when we arrived but the key was left exactly where we were told it would be. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a welcome pack of tea, coffe, and milk. It is very conveniently situated for the City of Norwich and access to main roads to venture farther afield. The apartment was warm and cozy and had a very homely feel to it, thanks to the choice of furnishings and decor. The heating was easy to control. Views were great, being on the first floor overlooking a beautiful garden. We even had a bird tapping on the window every morning looking for insects! When we did meet with the owners, they were very friendly and welcoming - we were very sad to leave!

Well positioned, clean and comfortable apartment

Left on 12/01/2011 for a stay in October 2011

Lovely area, ideally located for exploring north east Norolk. Close to excellent bus service to Norwich. Kitchen very tiny but adequate for catering for two people on a short-term basis and good places to eat close by. Otherwise quite spacious and we loved the balcony and garden. Lots of local information available.

A great place to stay in Norwich.

Left on 07/28/2011 for a stay in July 2011

The apartment is spacious, bright, with comfortable modern furnishings. It is on the first floor and reached by a staircase from the front door so you need to be able to " do" stairs. It is located a few 100 metres from the riverside in an upmarket residential area. There are excellent bus links into the city which allow you to avoid the one way systems and high parking charges. However the buses do not run much after 18.00 hours.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and we particularly liked the balcony. We heard owls one night.

      Perfect pad for city break

Left on 05/04/2011 for a stay in July 2010

Really clean and comfortable with very friendly owners. Balcony of annexe overlooks gorgeous garden, very relaxing for sitting and reading a book. We didn't have a car with us but the bus stop just a 5 minute walk away took us straight to the attractive city centre of Norwich. We found lots to explore and the flat was a welcome place to come home to in the evening. Highly recommended.

      Excellent flat close to Norwich.

Left on 01/04/2011 for a stay in November 2011

I stayed in this flat so that I could do my Christmas shopping in Norwich. It was a lovely flat in a good setting but just a little far to walk to with a load of shopping! The kitchen was well equiped for a flat of this size. I felt very safe and secure. I have recommended it to friends and family.
