New custom home on Gurley Lake 7 miles from Norwood and 37 miles from Telluride, Colorado. Recycled 100 year old Douglas fir floors. Cherry Wood Media/Flex room. Kitchen has maple cabinets and Italian porcelain counter tops and Swedish Tarkett Optima commercial quality floor tiles. Two large cedar decks and two smaller covered fir decks.
Fully furnished 2BR, 3BA, solar heated in floor heat plus Heartstone Brand Soapstone woodstove. Heated 450 sq.' 2 car garage and a separate boat house.
Private setting on 10 acres with great views and lots of sun.

we went to the gurley lake ranch house to get away from everything!! it was absolutely perfect.
the home is warm and well appointed and the surroundings provide complete peace and quiet...no noises but for the birds singing!!
we were their late in september so did not use the boat or canoe that are provided but would love to go back during the warmer weather.
a great spot for just two or a fabulous home for entertaining a crowd!!!

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We loved fishing from the canoe, walking along the river, and enjoying the beautiful home. We were delighted to see deer, elk, bald eagles, and an owl that frequented the boat house. The fresh trout was fantastic cooked on the BBQ and the views were amazing! The remote location added to the serenity although a small funky town is nearby for any needs you have. I plan to visit again this summer!
