When you open the door to Condo Carolina, you will immediatly breathe that sigh of relief that you picked the right place to stay in all of Nosara. (Believe me, I know as I am a longtime beach holiday renter. I understand the stress of reserving a place never seen before!)
Condo Carolina is a very quiet, spacious,wonderfully comfortable home within a 3 minute walk to the beach of Playa Guiones. The condo is located in the coveted upstairs jungle corner unit which is part of the only gated and guarded complex in all North Guiones. We loved our stay Condo Carolina. The location is super convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. A fresh produce and bakery truck came to the complex with the most incredible fruit, veggies and baked goods. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals but we also liked being next door to a nice hotel where we could grab a drink or a bite to eat. We felt comfortable with our teenagers walking to the beach and restaurants on their own. The pool and bbq were great too.

My husband and I had an amazing time in Nosara! Every detail was perfect. We rented bikes for the week and were pleasantly surprised at how close everything was to the condo. A quick ride to the beach, restaraunts, yoga and an organic market. We will definately be back! Thank you!

I have been coming to the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica for
nearly a
decade and this apartment was by far the best place i have lived. Roomy
with high ceilings, kitchen with everything, and gigantic windows and
glass doors give one the feeling of living in the surrounding rain
forest while sitting in the spacious living room. Nice swimming pool,
outdoor bbq, and quiet surroundings all close to a beautiful beach. And
a multi-channel color television connecting one to the rest of the
world. And air conditioning too for those few nights when the ocean
breeze is not cooling enough. The custodian/watchman living on the
grounds is extremely helpful, too.. For a comfortable and problem free
vacation, this is the place to come. I only hope that the Carolina is
available for me and my family when I again flee from the Norwegian
winter.

This beautiful upstairs condo is the best place I have rented in my 4 trips to Nosara so far... I love the extremely high ceiling, spotless and well stocked kitchen (great tile work), very comfortable w/ good a/c, fans, and spacious porch with visiting monkeys. The pool is great especially with the outdoor shower and BBQ area. The 24 hour guard is a very helpful person and the automatic gate is a nice touch. Finally and most importantly is the short walk down a wooded path to a palapa and the consistent surf and pristine beach that is Guiones Beach.
