This charming and spacious two-bedroom house has all needed for comfortable stay at a very short walking distance to the surfing beach of Guiones.
One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a full-size bed and a twin bed. They share a full bathroom, and there is a half-bathroom with the washer and dryer are also located. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space and fully equipped. The living area has a dining table and couches. Fans in all the rooms with a/c in the bedrooms.

We stayed there three weeks in July/Aug 2012. The house was wonderful! Comfortable beds, great surf video collection, easy walk to beach and amenities. The loaner long board and outdoor shower were nice additions. Agnes with Mango B&B; property management was very quick to respond to our needs.

We rented this house for a total of six weeks. The house is very nice and has adequate supplies--dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The TV can be uses for watching movies only. There is a video rental very close by which we used daily during the rainy parts of the days. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The best part--the beach is a five minute walk from the house.

A group of us rented the house for the week for a friends wedding party on the beach at Nosara.
The house was clean, well set-up, comfortable and very secure. It was artfully decorated and had just the right amenities for our party. It is in a central location in the Nosara area and made walking to many places nearby easy. It is just a couple of minutes from a good swimming beach. The gardens are well tended and provide a nice buffer from the road. The security features actually came in very handy as robberies in the area during our stay didn't affcet us but did affect many others in the immediate area. The house id just right for the climate and conditions there--would rent it again. -

Surf decor galore! If you're looking for a laid back rental just a short walking distance to the surf and sand, this is the place for you! House comes beach ready with 2 boogie boards, 1 beginner surfboard, beach coolers and a COLD beer/beverage fridge for when you get back! Fabulous location and close to just about everything - minisuper, internet, restaurants, and surf shops. If you happen to visit in the rainy season the house is full of videos and music to keep you occupied(if you have kids, b.y.o. videos). We lived here for 5 months and the only thing missing is a pool - but with the ocean so close we spent most of our time there! Great property managers and owners who take good care of their rental. We had many great times in this spacious house and highly recommend it to others. Must visit La Luna beachfront restaurant (friday night sushi), Sarafina (romantic), and Giardino's Tropicale (brickoven pizza). Rosie's Soda Tica is a very famous local restaurant popular for its reasonably priced and delicious breakfast and lunches -- a "must visit" as well.
