The house offer two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can be done into a king., a/c (optional) in each bedroom, a shared bathroom, a kitchenette. The spacious terrace has a dining table and a sofa. There is a laundry room on the side of the main house where boards can be stored.
The house is built with surfers in mind as there is also a surf rack and a waxing table. Situated in a lush jungle, it is a stone's throw from a surf shop (for all your board, bike and other transportation needs), two-minute walk from a convenience/liquor store and the pubs and restaurants of Kaya Sol and the Gilded Iguana. We had a lovely stay. good location. This little home had everything we needed. Agnes was prompt,friendly and Professional.Just 2 comments--The Master bed really needs a mattress and the internet router needs upgrading--it goes out constantly and needs re-setting.

We loved this house. Despite being close to a number of other properties it was still secluded and quiet - unless the howler monkeys stayed in the tree overhead!! It was only a minute walk from the mini super and our favorite hangouts. It was well furnished and had plenty of towels for the beach. We came to surf but our son appreciated the tv/DVD when he was too sunburnt to go to the beach. The outdoor shower was an unexpected bonus!
Agnes and Jo took care of the minor issues that came up (like when i locked the keys in the insite laundry) and made it a positive experience overall.
Plan to use the aC because the layout doesn't allow the breeze to cross ventilate - our only disappointment. -

We loved staying at your place in Jan/Feb 2013. When we weren't at the beach surfing, enjoying great meals and meeting new friends at places like Kaya Sol and Beach Dog Cafe, or visiting the local Organic Market and Fruit & Veggie truck, we enjoyed your beautiful outdoor living space and had all our meals there. We loved how the monkeys would give an early morning wake up call so that we could get ready for the day. We welcomed the two cats who came to visit us (Ginger and Blackia) as it made it feel even more like home. Agnes was fabulous for ensuring everything ran in tip top shape.

Olas Playitas has a great location - near the beach, restaurants, but yet shaded, private and beautiful. It's great hanging out in the hammock, watching the monkeys and occasional morpho, hearing the strands of music from the near-by restaurants. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping comes weekly, washer and dryer useful. Property management service was helpful and responded promptly when needed = no complaints there!

I would recommend this house to a family with 1 or 2 kids- the second bedroom would be better if it had 2 twins (both have queens). Or one or 2 couples. It is not luxurious but is pleasant, clean & has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation away from home and be very comfortable. The patio and landscaping is lovely and we spent almost all day, every day outside- on the patio in the heat of the day, at the beach, at the pool next door at the Guilded Iguana, or adventuring around. Wonderful opportunities to view wildlife, beach at low tide is perfect for kids to swim, boogie board & play for hours and hours. Great surfing- and sunsets! Also, location is very convenient. We arranged a driver from Liberia and then rented bikes (next door) or cars as we wanted in Nosara form National. You can walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in Nosara from the house.

We arrived in the early evening and was astonished on how fast they arrived at the meet-up location to give us our key. Upon arrival to the home is was very clean and bright with towels in the shape of swans on the beds.
The outside of the home is landscaped with plenty of shade palms a hammock with a futon and table to enjoy card games outside.
Also a plus is the fact you can wash your clothes and dry them at a moments notice in the bodega, with supplied soap that leaves a refreshing smell to your clothes.
The location is so central it is unquestionably the place to stay. Music at the local establishments did not interfere with our rest at all. They stop at 10 pm. The kitchen was equipped with great utensils and cookware. Gas top stove was in good order and an oven with broiler for Frittatas in the am.
I did not like that there was not another hammock to rest in outside and the surfboard rack area needed security gate of sorts. Overall I give the home a 4.75 out of 5. The only thing missing was a pool, which is available at a local resort next door, but the cool outdoor shower did the trick.
A very short walk to the beach, for surfing/swimming, entertainment, groceries and internet cafe. Guiones Rocks -

We had a great time in Nosara!
The food, the people, the BEACH, everything was perfect. This little house was
everything that we could have asked for. We felt safe and comfortable and the
property manager was always easy to reach. We loved that It was just a bit off
the main road but still felt deep in the jungle. I highly recommended this

What can I say. Amazing weather, fabulous property, close proximity to the beach and bar. What more could one ask for. Howler Monkeys for alarm clocks and daily visits from the wildlife made our trip all that more interesting.
