Arco Iris was perfectly located in Nosara. It was a quick walk to the grocery store and great restaurants. The property manager, Dana, was very accomodating and resourceful. The pool and grounds were always clean and safe. We loved the big covered patio, it gave us nice place to hang out in the few days of rain we had. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to visit again soon!

This was just a slice a paradise. It was clean and taken care inside and out. The property mangment from Mango tree anges and her husband were the best very professional and would rent any of there properties on this experiance alone. I cant wait to go back

Agnes was unable to meet us at the gate house on arrival due to an emergency but was there 20 minutes later. In the interim she arranged for the guard to let us into the unit. The house had all the amenities you will ever need for a vacation, although there were a few things that needed to be replaced she had those addressed the next day. The rest of the property and pool were in excellent condition and well maintained. The gardener/ maintenance person was on site 6 days a week cleaning the pool and watering the lush vegetation We were close to the Yoga Instuitute, the grocery store and restaurant were almost across the street and only a five minute drive to Guiones Beach and village centre.
The main detraction to this unit is the owner of unit #4 and his dog. He is supposedly hard of hearing and plays his TV extremely loud until well after midnight every night, with no insulation in the common wall it nearly impossible to fall asleep until he turns it off. The dog barks at all hours whenever there any motion nearby wether other animals or human.
I would highly recommend any other unit at arco Iris and plan to return again soon just not to unit #3.
