Wireless internet, pool, a/c, twice-a-week maid service will make your stay the perfect vacation in Nosara.
A short flight of stairs will take you from the street level to the house spacious terrace, with a large couch with pillows, a coffee table and a dining table. We stayed here for Christmas 2012. Family of 5 (kids were 12, 11 and). The house was perfect for us. The infinity pool was fantastic for the kids to play in or the adults to relax in. Seeing and hearing the monkeys in the trees surrounding the house in the morning was a treat to the family. The patio with the large bed to lounge in is something you will want to take home with you. Perhaps my favorite piece of furniture of all time. Inside the house was clean and well kept. Wireless internet worked flawlessly and was fast. Great sound system and the air conditioners worked beautifully. We easily walked to the beach (6mins 30 seconds to the south entrance of Playa Guiones) and to the Yoga Institute. Alarm system in Nosara is a good idea and this house system was easy to operate and worked very well. Kitchen was small but has everything you need. The grill outside on the patio looked great but we never used it so I can't comment on it. All in all it was a fantastic house that is very well maintained. I highly recommend you look into Heartwaves if you are coming to Nosara/Playa Guiones.

I've stayed at Heartwaves many times and it is one of my favourite places in the world. The house is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Agnes is very helpful in managing the property if problems arise. Jason, the groundskeeper, is discrete and helpful. It is private and every morning howlers and birds will be your neighbors. I stayed there with my two young sons and we always felt very safe. Short walk to the beach or yoga, quite simply Paradise!
