Beach Boys is a building with two identical units, that can be rented together or separately. They however do not communicate with it other from within the units.
Each unit has a full-size bed, separated from the living room by a tall bar-style shelf unit. The living area a a futon sofa bed and a coffee table. The kitchenette in the unit is equipped with small appliances, a fridge, a double hot plate set, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a privacy door. Left on 02/11/2012 for a stay in January 2012
The location of this property was amazing- in walking distance to everything. I also loved the management team because if i needed something it was taken care of that day. I felt safe and secure here. The interior needed a little updating but i addressed my concerns and noticed after i moved out the apartment was being painted. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends- it was nice and private yet centrally located.
