Sun, Surf, Food, Yoga, Adventure! We have it all in Nosara. Nosara has been named a 2012 worldwide top destination by New York Times Travel, and repeatedly voted and selected as one of the best places to learn to surf in the world. Additionally, there are three main breaks for more advanced surfers, as well as many other surf spots and remote beaches within a quick drive or day trip. The town itself is an eclectic mix of American, European & Australian ex-pats living alongside the local Tico community.
The town boasts 20+ international cuisine restaurants, plenty of nightlife, medical clinics and a pharmacy, surf shops, boutique clothing stores, and more importantly receives swell and has surfable waves nearly every day of the year. It is one of the most consistent surf spots you can find, which makes planning a surf trip that much easier - whenever you are free to travel, there will be waves to surf in Nosara.
One of the best features of the area is the Ostional Wildlife Refuge, 610 acres of protected nature preserve that surround the town. The first 200 yards from the coastline are protected so its small-town feel is free from multi-story buildings or mega-chain hotels. Nosara is the blueprint that many other towns attempt to replicate but are unable to equal.
Our property is accessible from both of the two international airports in Costa Rica, Liberia International (LIR) and San Jose International (SJO). Liberia International just opened a state-of-the-art terminal in January 2012, with increased flight capacity and many new direct flights from all parts of the USA and Europe. You can rent a car or arrange for a ground transport in one of our 4x4 SUVs. The drive from Liberia is about two hours and is the easiest way to arrive in Nosara.

Best place to stay in Nosara. The location is perfect. The edge of town yet close to everything. If you have been to Nosara, the location is not dusty at all. New, super clean, the management and staff went above the call of duty to help us out in every way. We stayed for 6 days at a massive 2-Bedroom at Namaste Oasis and could not have been happier. Jeff arranged for transport to and from the airport as well as helped set us up with activities to do in the amazing village that is Nosara. Everything from Ziplining in the mountains, to amazing restaurants, tours and surfing!
The unit itself was quite large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was brand new and luxurious. The real surprise was the bed was hands down one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Everything in the unit looks exactly like the photos and words truely cannot describe how comfortable the bed is! Coupled with amazing service from the management and cleaning crew and you have a perfect vacation getaway. We will definitely be returning soon. -

Namaste Oasis is truly an amazing place - situated in the middle of the jungle but only a short walk to the beach, the vibe is luxurious yet authentic, remote yet convenient. The units themselves are almost impossibly nice for the price. Where else can you get a dishwasher, spacious floorplans, an inground pool and Hollywood Hills-style design around here? Jeff is a friendly and knowledgeable host and will guide you to the best things to see and do with the most reputable companies. Nosara is one of the most unique places I've visited, and Namaste Oasis one of the most enjoyable lodgings I've stayed at. I can't wait to return to both.

Looking for a quick getaway from it all, we came to Nosara and stayed at the Namaste Oasis. The facility lived up to its name with inviting decor, amazing view, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff complimented the view. They welcomed us and made us comfortable. We had an amazing time in Nosara with the help of Namaste Oasis! We will defintely be back, with our two young children!

My husband, son and I traveled to Nosara and stumbled upon Namaste Oasis by accident. We are so lucky we did! The property, location, and amenities were top notch. Our original plan was to travel around the region and stay in different locations, but we loved the condo so much we stayed there our entire trip. Jeff and Evana took awesome care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. It seemed like we had our own private pool in the jungle just steps from our condo. The condo looks just like the photos. It was clean with fresh linens and a fully stocked kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The outdoor dining table and lounge chairs on the patio were perfect for the warm tropical evenings.The town is really cute with small grocery stores, a home made ice cream shop, and plenty of surf-rental places. As an added bonus, there are local photographers on the beach most days and they post your surf and boogie board photos online for you to buy!!! We had a fabulous vacation and would definitely recommend this condo and location to our friends and family.

I had one of the most amazing time in Nosara. Jeff's place is perfectly furnished and the area is very secure and secluded. Jeff and Violetta were great hosts and really helped us out with familiarizing ourselves with Nosara. The days went by quick with all the activities so Namaste Oasis was the perfect place to unwind and have dinner with their fully stocked kitchen.

Whether your looking to relax or take in some of nosara's many activities, this is the perfect vacation spot. We had the best vacation at Namaste Oasis. We rented a golf cart and could be at the beach or in town within about three minutes. However the condos are very quiet and private with every modern amenity and Very comfortable beds. The staff, although not needed because everything is easy to figure out, was very welcoming and helpful. We are already planning a return trip!
