This quant and private casa is tucked in the jungle with beautiful landscaping and a pool. This house is part of a community of only 2 houses so enjoy your quiet! It is an open floor plan with 3 full-size beds. More beds can be added upon request. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your own delicious dinner and enjoy on your back terrazzo when you feel like staying in. Secure with locking gates and parking on the property.
This villa is also available for long term rentals - up to one year.
All rentals include all utilities.

This area of Nosara is special in that Playa Pelada is quiet and nice for swimming, and Guinos, right next door, is world renowned for surfing. This villa is a 5 minute walk to Pelada Beach and another 5 minute walk through the Jungle Path to reach Guiones Beach.
There's a lot to do in Nosara! There are horseback riding tours, zip-line tours, waterfalls, yoga and yoga instruction certification courses, surfing, paddle boarding, ATV rentals, traditional Costa Rican festivals, mini-golf, nature hikes, watching the local wildlife, restaurants, night clubs, and of course - relaxing on the beach!
To reach Nosara you can drive from either of the two international airports or you can fly the local Nature Air from either international airport and land just 2 kilometers from the house.
