This studio apartment is located just few steps away from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the “main street” of the baroque old town, located in Vico Corrado Occhipinti between via Giovanni Bovio and via Rocco Pirri, close to the memorable Loggia del Mercato, and the delightful “Villetta d’Ercole” dominated by the beautiful church of San Domenico. We are happy to accommodate you in cozy rooms, furnished in a rustic and sober way in order to make your stay joyful.

The apartment is equipped with bathroom with shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV; we... will also provide with sheets and towels.

Moreover thanks to our other properties located in Lido di Noto, we grant the possibility for our guests in the studio apartment to have a beach cabin and outdoor showers directly at the sea in Lido di Noto Contrada Eloro-Pizzuta (beach Eloro) nearby the "Vendicari" natural reserve, the most significant wetland area of Sicily. The nature reserve is popular among walkers because of the archaeological discovery trails (ancient Greek city Eloro) found there and the pristine nature with the 'Pantani' (small lakes in the coastal dunes) where spoonbills, flamingos, pelicans, cranes and storks are seen year-round. Noto is the undisputed capital of Sicilian baroque and with its masterpieces (since 2002 declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site), a must-visit for any traveler in Sicily. Located in the center of Noto, famous baroque town World Heritage (UNESCO), Neas Holidays - Guesthouse is an excellent starting point for a tour of the untamed southeastern parts of Sicily and its noteworthy cultural and natural heritages, as well as the most beautiful beaches of the island, of which we would like to mention Lido di Noto, Eloro/Pizzuta, “Do Iancu”, Calamosche and Cittadella (in the nature reserve of Vendicari). That is, if you have more time, there are so many baroque towns to visit in the surrounding area, like Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli and naturally the islands 'Ortigia', historic old town and heart of modern Syracuse, one of the most beautiful cities on the Mediterranean, known for its ancient ruins: Katakombe and Greek theatre. Also the caves of Ispica, the canyon of the river Cassibile... to name just a few of the tourist attractions.

  Our two weeks´stay in Noto began with being welcomed by Mr. Musso in a very friendly way and being accompanied by him to a very cosy apartment with a large terrasse right in the lively centre of this beautiful city. It was the best place you could imagine. From there you can reach all quaters of the small baroque town on foot, wonderful restaurants, wine bars and cafés are nearby. And it is good to have breakfast just around the corner at the char-ming piazza with Notonions of all ages swar-ming around you. And occasionally you will be pleased and surprised coming home to your apartment - let´s say after a day at Marza-memi, a fishermen´s place on the coast half an hour south of Noto or after a sunny day at the beaches of Vendicari, a wild natural resort, and finding a bowl filled with a variety of freshly picked fruit from trees in Mr. Musso´s large orchard. It was our first time in Sicily and in Noto. And sure we´ll come back to Noto, and also to Mr. Musso´s.
