The Casa Max Villa is located 15 mins. from Noto and 1 hour from the Catania Airport. The area is a convenient doorway to the majestic outdoor sites such as the Vendicari Natural Reserve, spring-fed lakes of Cava Grande as well as cultural centers of Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Siracusa. Just steps away from breath taking white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters, the surrounding area is noted for the freshest fish, flavorful local wine and organic and hearty produce. The near-by Marzamemi Fishing Village (5 minutes by car), is the ideal spot for evening strolls, having an amazing fresh fish dinner or just taking part in local life. The serenity and local feel of the San Lorenzo community and peaceful privacy of Casa Max, will make any Sicily holiday a restful cultural adventure. There are also a number of larger supermarkets conveniently located in the near-by town of Pachino (a short 5 minute drive from the VIlla) for your other shopping needs.

Me and my family (wife and 2 kids) had one of our best holidays staying at this villa in San Lorenzo, Sicily. It was the best of all worlds with private white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters (just steps away), with the option for a wonderful lido with private chairs, pizzeria and bar located near-by. We relish memories of early morning walks along the white sandy beaches, late afternoon trips in the countryside on bicycle surrounded by vineyards. There was some of the best fish and produce I have every tasted, and well priced. The house was a perfect blend of comfortable, well designed and furnished indoor spaces along with wonderful gardens that surround the property. We felt safe and secure in the private community, leaving the kids to explore on their own many times. It was the perfect base for us to explore the amazing historical sites and towns surrounding the area. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible. The owners were so helpful with local information and available in case of any problems (which we had none).
