Lonely Rock Seaside Bungalow
Our Nova Scotia cottages are nestled in a small fishing village called New Harbour. which is located on the Marine Drive, Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada - One of the most scenic
coastal drives in Atlantic Canada.
This bungalow is one of six on our property - The living room, dining room and kitchen is one large room. There is a pull out sofa with a queen size bed, Sat. TV, VCR, Radio/CD, games.
The kitchen is fully equipped, stove/oven, range hood, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, fridge / freezer, pots and pans ... You won't miss a thing !

Unforgettable experience all the way around. Outstanding service from the owners Manfred & Conny Whittman . Our cabin which overlooked the ocean was tidy, neat, spacious and had everything we needed for the week. During the day, the family/grandkids enjoyed the gorgeous sandy beach. We swam, beachcombed, fished, canoed the New Harbour river and to cap it off, a bonfire every night. There is something for every age at Lonely Rock. We had a beautiful stay.The only problem is we had to leave for home. " We will be back!!! "

Connie and Manfred are wonderful hosts, they invited us to share in the local activities and social life of the area and we were able to truly experience life in the maritimes and explore the wonderful seascapes and get a true taste of the local food and festivities. They offered a laid back, hometown simple vacation offering to join them for campfires on the beach, dart tournaments, a traditional Bavarian meal , as well as a taste of the local lobster and seafood fare available fresh off the boats in the bay.

this is a very nice place to go too for a get away.its quit and peacefull. u can go to the beach for a swim or just to walk the sandy beach and look for sea shells.we have been there a few different times and alwas enjoyed it and will be back there again this year again.

We stayed at the Lonely Rock Bungalows to do some hiking in the area and were very impressed with the cottages. They had everything we needed, good kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of space for a group to get together in the evening. The owners made our stay very welcoming and helped us out with anything we needed. I would highly recommend these cottages for anyone who wants to get away and spend some time in a part of Nova Scotia that is not travelled as much as it should be. Beautiful scenery and great people.
