Playa Royale is located on the Banderas Bay withing the Paradise Village development area of Nuevo Vallarta. Just a quick 15 minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. We are located 1/4 of a mile north of the Paradise Village mall which has many dining, entertainment and shopping options (including a grocery store). Our condo has one dedicated parking space allocated and easy access to the public bus system.

I have stayed in 5 different resorts in Nuevo Vallarta over the past year and this has been the best all round experience so far! Getting information and confirming the reservation was straight forward and the owner, Roy Lunde, was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to email enquiries, had no problem answering questions, and was very accommodating and reassuring. The condo was everything promised in the description - no surprises, and was very comfortable.
The staff at Playa Royale were all wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location on the beach is great for walking in either direction,and the view of the Bay from the balcony is wonderful - actually better and closer than you think from the picture. Paradise Village and the Plaza is handy for restaurants, groceries and shopping and is easily accessible by shuttle, walk on the beach or street. The shuttle also goes to the Sports Center which is a fantastic facility. The pool, classes and instructors are top notch and all for a $17 temporary membership. There is a nice variety of great restaurants nearby, walking distance or a short cab ride. Popular places for day trips are not too far. Taxis are readily available if you need them with good security measures in place. I always felt very safe. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my stay. I will definitely be a repeat customer! -

I wouldn't change a thing about my most recent stay at Casa abby in Paradise Village. The condo itself provides everything you need from boogie boards to blender. The location is perfect. Close to shops, food, beach, and bus/taxi stops. Environment is relaxing with always present smiling staff who seem to know all of the answers. I highly recommend Casa abby to families, couples, even those traveling solo. Another wonderful trip.

The condo has two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. We at most of our dinners on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful views.
The resort has two great pools, for adults and children, and access to a beautiful beach. We look forward to returning some day. -

My husband and I spent 6 days with another couple staying at this great location. The pools are lovely and uncrowded, the beach is right out the back door, and the mall/Paradise Village is just a short walk away. There are a couple great restaurants in walking distance, but we really enjoyed just cooking at the condo and eating on the balcony overlooking the ocean! The condo has boogie boards, pool toys, and a great TV available for use. We enjoyed walking to Vallarta adventures to do the canopy zipline tour one day, but mostly just hung out and relaxed on the beach!
