Our stay at the condo was excellent. The condo is located on a wonderful beach directly overlooking the ocean. There is a magnificent deck with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The building is new and very well maintained. The condo furnishing is modern and has everything you need including internet, cable, and exercise room downstairs. There is an infinity pool that is steps from the beach overlooking the ocean. The lounge chairs around the pool are very comfortable and private. After considering many options as we are well familiar with area, we definitely made the best possible choice and we plan on returning. We prefer this particular part of Nuevo as there are more conveniences nearby and it feels more exclusive. The owner was very professional and accommodating and we were met at the condo by the property manager who is available to make sure that we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean with fresh towels and accessories. This is a special find in Nuevo Vallarta that we highly recommend. There are numerous wonderful little restaurants in the area all in walking distance and a convenience store just a block away. There is a water taxi nearby which is fun to take and you can catch a cab or bus at any time to the downtown Puerto Vallarta which is nearby. There is underground parking in the building if you have a car. The beaches in Nuevo Vallarta are some of the best in the area, clean and wonderful swimming. Our vacation was superb and the condo top class!

We just came back from a wonderful month spent at the Cobalto condo. We had visited the condo last year when we were in Nuevo Vallarta and knew that the condo and the setting were exceptional and spending time in this dream place confirmed that we had made the right decision. First of all, the dealings with Ian, the owner, were very efficient. Ian replied promptly to all our emails and questions.
We couldn't wait to get to the condo and when we walked in, we found it even more beautiful than what we remembered from our visit. At our arrival, we were met with alex, the property manager, who as closeby throughout our stay in case we needed assistance. The condo is extremely well appointed and equiped with beautiful furniture. The bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. Once you step outside, the ocean is right there in front of you. Our favorite moments were sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the boats leave the marina and just looking at morning activity on the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were also magnificient. The building is very well maintained with security at the door. The condo is located in an area which is surrounded by a number of restaurants, convenience store and within walking distance to Paradise Plaza which is great for a nice stroll for coffee, lunch and shopping. No need to rent a car during your stay. For those who prefer taking the bus to the Plaza, the bus stop is only a few feet away from the condo entrance and that is also where to get the bus to Puerto Vallarta. There is a taxi stand closeby. We truly enjoyed our stay! -

We just returned home from a wonderful, 9-day stay at this wonderful appartment. We found it spotless (we are "cleanliness freaks"), well appointed and in a perfect location right on the beach. We had everything we needed and the building's staff was always helpful, and very friendly.
The rental process was smooth and uneventful, helped by the extreme courtesy and professionalism of the owner, who was always reachable via mail and, in fact, was able to fix a minor issue with the TV quickly and efficiently.
We will definitely be back in the (hopefully near) future !!! -

The condo is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The decor is tasteful and well equipped. I spent a pleasant week with my daughters. Vallarta has several options for dinner as well as water activities.

We just returned from 10 amazing and relaxing days at the Beach Front Paradise and are ready to go back! The setting is gorgeous with stunning views from the condo. Whether it be eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, reading a book in the living-room listening to the waves crash, watching the sun set leaving breathless views of warm colors where water and sky meet, we couldn't ask for more. The condo is immaculate - clean, modern, all working appliances; spacious and beautifully decorated...a home away from home! The staff were friendly and always ready to help or assist any of our needs, and the building is incredibly well maintained. We spent most days on the private beach (with a lifeguard on duty at all times) enjoying the warm ocean water, or by the infinity pool
which outlooks on the ocean. Apart from a comfortable seating area, the downstairs lounge also has an air conditioned gym for those wanting to keep up with their exercise while away. The building is in a quiet and safe area, perfect neighborhood for biking or walking around. There are multiple excellent restaurants nearby (Mexican, Italian, French, etc), and convenience stores a minute away for any last minute needs. There is a free shuttle bus that stops in front of the condo and takes visitors around the neighborhood, great for exploring. Also, there are taxis and buses available at all times for venturing into town. Overall our stay was well
above what we expected. Ian provided us with all the necessary information to have upon arrival and connected us with the manager of the condo who gave us a warm welcome. We felt comfortable, safe, and above all we returned very relaxed!!! I highly recommend the Luxurious Beach Front Paradise. You will only truly understand the title after having been there. I recntly returned from a weeks vacation in Nuevo Vallarta, where I enjoyed outstanding accomadation in this private condo, directly on a certified and not crowded green beach. Perfectly located near some great and reasonable restaurants, the building is just a few minute cab ride from El Tigre golf course, one of the best around, and a short bus or car ride to the PV Marina area or downtown.
The condo building is relatively new, well maintained, with a helpful and friendly staff. There is a warm inviting infinity pool comfortably furnished, anda small excercise gym. The apartment itself was phenomenal, with fine furnishings, a fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a view from pretty much everywhere. One of lifes great pleasures is sitting on the deck overlooking the beach with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cerveza at night.
The owner, Ian, was very helpful with suggestions of things to do, and was always promptly responsive to any questions or requests. All in all, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a winter getaway. I definitely plan on returning. -

The beach here is clean, tranquil and quiet, since it doesn't get much foot traffic, even in high season. This is a quiet, small condominium building, thoroughly contemporary and comfortable. I liked the nice, modern furnishings, and how shiny-new and spotlessly clean everything is. Perfect Wi-fi throughout. The people at the front desk are helpful, polite and friendly. Restaurants and tours are close by.

My husband and I had an excellent time at this condo. The beach is amazing, the apartment is beautiful, and it was all extremely relaxing. The owners were extremely helpful with all arrangements. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, looking over the ocean and watching the sun set. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and we're hoping to return with extended family at some point in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Cobalto for 10 days in april. It exceeded our expectations! The views were stunning. We spent much of our time sitting on the balcony enjoying our morning coffees or in the evening watching the sunsets! One morning we saw two dolphins jumping in the bay, it was spectacular!
The condo itself is tastefully decorated and very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were many restaurants within walking distance to choose from as the marina is right there. The private pool is very clean and well maintained as is the building.
Both downtown Puerta Vallarta and the Town of Bucerias are a short bus/taxi away. We enjoyed both!!
This was our first time renting privately as opposed to all inclusive. Ian was great to rent from; he was very professional and accommodating. We will not hesitate to rent from him again, in fact we plan on going back next year!!

My husband and I have just returned from spending 2 months in this condo. The condo itself is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is equipped with good appliances.The condo has a very open, airy feel to it. The balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, is prow-shaped. It's roomy and offers wonderful views.The pool area is beautiful. The pool is an infinity pool and is quite large. It has a shallow section that would be a perfect wading pool for young children. Most of the time it is very quiet and peaceful around the pool. The condo is situated on a lovely quiet stretch of beach.You often see baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean, after hatching. You can also often see dolphins and whales out in front. One word of caution: the steps leading from the pool area to the beach are quite steep and could be difficult for people with mobility difficulties or for young children. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There are also quite a few more that are only a short taxi ride away. All of the staff members at the condo are very friendly and helpful. Our maid was an absolute delight! The property manager, who acts as concierge, speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Additionally, the owner is wonderful to deal with and ensures that his renters have a good experience.I do think it would be helpful for English speaking guests if there was a person on the front desk who was bilingual. Communications were a bit challenging at times. That said we enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for the same time period next year and have requested the opportunity for first refusal in future years. I think that says a lot!

My husband and I spent a week at Condo Cobalto Beach Front Paradise at the end of October 2010. We had a marvelous and relaxing time. The condo sits on the ocean and has its own private beach area. It is a modern and private building with only three units per floor. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable including wonderful beds, linen, and towels, two satellite Tv's, luxurious furniture and a modern kitchen area. The large terrace leads directly out from the Main Bedroom as well as the lounge where we sat every morning and enjoyed our breakfast while watching and listening to the waves of the ocean directly in front of us. Sitting on the terrace night or day & listening and looking at the ocean waves was an absolute delight. The housekeeper met us at the condo when we arrived and was very courteous and welcoming. The building amenities are well maintained and private, including the upscale open lounge area downstairs where we also relaxed. The swimming pool sits just off the beach and so you feel like you are in the ocean when you are standing in the pool. There are two Jacuzzis and an exercise room as well. The building staff were friendly and always available when needed. We hardly left the area except for a taxi ride into the city of Puerto Vallarta where we spent the day. There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance and a convenience store one block away when we needed things like water and fill in groceries etc. There is also a nearby Mall with 2 upscale restaurants and shops. The Nuevo Vallarta Marina area is right there and so seeing yachts coming in and out really makes the area unique. We found the owner Ian very professional and helpful. Indeed we had a wonderful and restful week, the ocean was healing and the condo is special. We highly recommend this unit.

Stayed this condo for 5 days in late Sept. The condo is a 3rd floor unit in a relatively new and high end beachfront building with only 28 units. The condo is exquisitely appointed, tastefully decorated, spacious, emaculate, and has unobstructed views of the Banderas Bay and coastline. One of the best features of the condo is a very large patio, great for entertaining or just sitting quietly to enjoy the stunning ocean view. The building has wonderfully upscale common areas, including a beautiful swimming pool, shaded sitting area, and gym. The building staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is right next to the Nuevo Vallarta marina, where there are numerous great restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

I spent a week at the condo and it was absolutely wonderful. Private and luxurious, located directly on the beach, fantastic unobstructed views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Master bedroom and living room lead on to an expansive private terrace. The condo is tastefully and fully furnished including modern appliances, satellite TV, washer/dryer. Situated in a small, quiet building nestled away from the large heavily touristed resorts, the condo is within walking distance of great restaurants and a small grocery. Owner was extremely helpful, providing good advice. I look forward to returning again and again!
