Located on beautiful Bandaras Bay, this property is ON THE BEACH! It is on the ground floor with easy access to the pool (20 steps) and beach (50 steps). The 2700 sq. feet condo is custom furnished to provide all the comforts of a 5 star property. The kitchen has stainless steel applicances, marble floors, and granite counter tops. The dining room seats 8 and the spacious living area has couch, love seat and two chairs for watching a 42 inch flatscreen tv. The beds have plush Restonic mattresses with Egyptian linens and the bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom can sleep 4. Pure luxury in Paradise!!!!

Located on beautiful Bandaras Bay, Villa La Estancia is a quiet get-a-way from the busy streets of Puerto Vallarta. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from the golf course. Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants. It is located on the beach and all units face toward the ocean.

Pamper yourself. Rent a condo from Melba and Tom. Not only will your hosts ensure your abode is perfectly appointed with upscale luxurious furnishings-including a soft soft comfy bed- but you will pinch yourself every morning when you awake to what must be the most beautiful pool in Mexico 50 metres from a pristine beach. After swimming every morning in the ocean, having a daily massage in the nearby quaint village of Bucerias, watching the sunset from one of the four hot-tubs located on the beach, and then, after dark, swimming more laps in solitary splendor in the gorgeously tiled, underwater-lit pool, by the end of the week my relaxation...well,was perfect. And I haven't even started to rave about the super friendly staff or the splendid food quality at the hotel, in the nearby Mega grocery store, and in Bucerias. Perrrfect.

What a vacation! This beautiful rental was the best of both worlds, all the hotel service with the privacy of living in your own home. We spent a week at VLE and never wanted to come home. Beautifully decorated condo, super close to the beach, and swimming pool with every convenience you could ask for. My family, and my parents stayed comfortably in the 2 bedroom suite, we cooked dinner when we wanted.We ate out very little, except at lunch time when we would have lunch by the pool. The food at the pool bar was incredible, I definitely recommend trying the burger.
It was a wonderful week, and we are planning to make our stay at VLE 1106 a yearly event. -

Absolutely perfect in every way. I loved the ground level unit, so easy to gt to /from the beach. It is beautifully furnished with every amenity. The resort is awesome- service outstanding, prices reasonable. Best vacation we have had in PV, and this was our 9th trip. We will return!

What a wonderful condo! The people who checked us in had us sit down and they washed and massaged our hands! None of the four of us had ever seen that! Wish they would have done it on the way out!
The condo was beautiful very spacious, clean and state of the art accommodations. The beds were so comfortable. The condo is on ground level and we could just walkout 50 feet to the pool or twice that to the beach. The beach and the pool were very clean. We walked the beach to Bucerias, small wonderful town with great shopping and restaurants, in 30 minutes The service at the resort, (which we were not part of but could use as if we were) was wonderful, we left our cell phone in the transportation van from the airport, the front desk made all the calls and got it back!
We hope Melba will have a spot for us again in the near future. Thank you Melba & Tom

This was just an amazing experience for me and my husband! From laying out by the large beautiful pool listening to the crashing ocean waves just steps away from us to enjoying tropical drinks at the swim up bar, we had a mixed vacation of relaxation and entertainment! We enjoyed a friendly competition of tennis at the outdoor tennis courts then rejuvenated with an incredible massage in the Spa! Our room was decorated and furnished quite beautifully and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The upscale kitchen gave us an opportunity to cook but we mostly enjoyed the 5 Star restaurant, La Casona and pool side cabana restaurant the resort had to offer. Right from the start of our vacation the servant hearted staff with friendly smiles, were calling us by name making us feel right at home! Trips to the nearby authentic Mexican town of Bucerias gave us a unique opportunity to see this culture in action. Amongst the palm trees along the ocean front beaches were upscale restaurants serving delectable food! Our favorite was Mezzagiorno's Italian Restaurant. The triple chocolate mouse cake is to die for! You will never forget your trip to this beautiful town and luxurious Villa La Estancia resort and will surely return again!

So spacious and hospitable from the moment you walk into this condo even to the last day of your stay! With home quality furniture, top quality bedding and towels, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops & professional decoration through out, you almost want to stay indoors until you see the fabulously sizeable ground level porch with highly convenient in/out gate that beckons you to the multilevel pool just steps away or to play in the grassy area between the two, or better yet, to jump in the waves of the Pacific that is sure to catch your eye from the floor to ceiling glass doors of this exquisite condo. There was no shortage of activities for kids or for adults and the condo staff was always eager to assist in making our stay most memorable. The best part was that this condo is located on the private side of the resort and offered a calm atmosphere while still allowing us to walk over to the more active and festive side at our leisure. The staff offered us an onsite daily activity list for kids and adults and we chose to participate with the kids' pool tournaments, real sea lion kisses, bracelet making and ceramic painting. The adults went to the spa, did the dance and quiz games at the pool, but just watched other guests do water sports and aerobics while we lounged. We also were offered excursions to dolphin visits, horseback riding, in town strolls, shopping, and excellent local restaurant dining, yet we hope to go back again for canopy tours next time when it is the right season. The resort grocery store was way convenient for our impromptu grill outs and picnic meals and we took full advantage of the poolside grill and bar. Needless to say, we hope to return to this same exact luxurious condo and resort again real soon!
