The Del Canto property was chosen for its pristine location. Situated right on the beach. Builder spared no expense to make the residence feel like your own private luxury resort. Swim-up bars, putting greens, first-class gym, incredible circular pools sit just above the beach. Close to everything (only 20 minutes to Puerto Vallarta) yet far enough away to give you that peaceful vacation you desire. We hope you will enjoy this vacation home as it is absolutely spectacular!

What a spectacular setting! The Delcanto facility is the perfect combination of amenities and serenity. It is really a five-star resort that is made up of private condos rather than end-to-end hotel rooms.
This particular condo is situated on the top floor in the center of the primary building and therefore had a picture perfect view of the Pacific Ocean and the sunsets that go with that view. It was the perfect place to spend our happy hours!
Even more impressive is the furnishing of this penthouse unit. The owners have finished this space like most of us would like to set up our own homes...high-end across the board.
The staff within the Delcanto resort speak perfect English and Spanish and were willing to help with anything and everything that we asked. Nothing better than being able to count on experts that know the facility and the surrounding area.
And finally, the location of the Delcanto resort worked perfectly for us. Close enough to Puerto Vallarta (15 minutes by car) when we wanted to head into the "Old Town" and far enough removed that we could have some quiet time to ourselves when we chose to stay at the resort. There are also a number of great places to visit if you choose to head North (Bucerias, Punta Mita, Sayulita, etc.) so being central to so many day options only adds to the appeal of the Delcanto property.
Without question, we will head back to this condo at our earliest opportunity! -

A fabulous 5-star penthouse!! Beautifully and tastefully decorated with high end furnishings throughout this unit. This condo is huge with a spacious balcony that runs along the full length of the entire unit. With its spectacular ocean view, the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a late morning brunch, a glass of wine while reading a novel, or happy hour later in the day.
My wife and I shared the condo with 2 other couples and having large bathrooms off each of the 3 bedrooms was ideal. All 3 bathrooms had dual sinks and full size showers. It is an understatement to describe the living area of this condo as spacious. Not sure what the square footage of this unit is, but I would wager a guess that it is between 2,500 and 3,000 sq. ft. The full kitchen, the dining area and the TV/entertainment area are all well laid out and could easily accommodate 8 - 10 adults. A large flat screen TV combined with apple TV was a nice touch.
Hard to beat the location of this condo. Numerous restaurants to choose from, all located within a 5 - 20 minute drive from our Del Canto resort. We ate at a different restaurant every evening; meals were excellent. A 15 minute drive from our resort and you were in the centre of "Old Town" Puerto Vallarta.
With 2 large swimming pools, including a swim up bar/restaurant , beautifully landscaped grounds and miles of pristine sandy beaches in both directions, if this isn't paradise it must be close to it. I very seldom write a review of any hotel or condo that we rent; however that said, this condo is in a league of its own and I believe warrants the praise. We will be back.

What a perfect spot for a Girls Winter Getaway! We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and given a quick briefing about our unit and the rest of the facility. Our suite was amazing. It is large and spacious. The view is outstanding. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sunset, on the suite's deck, is definitely second to none! We felt safe. Lots of shopping close by and plenty of activities nearby for sightseeing and exploring.

This condo is fantastic - size, amenities, location, furnishings, everything was terrific. My family includes two kids under 5 and we traveled with my inlaws. We were there for two weeks.
This condo is huge - pictures don't do the size justice. Each bedroom has an ensuite and the balcony is endless - lots of privacy even though we were all sharing the same space.
The location is ideal - there are resorts to the north, so if you want jet skis, parasailing, hairbrading, shopping, massages etc. you just walk 4 minutes up the beach. But outfront is nice and quiet. No crowds - none. We tried a different restaurant every night - usually within 5 -10 minutes, but a drive into Marina PV isn't much further. No resorts to the south, for a very long way, so makes for quiet, and a great walk.
Quality of furnishings and finishings is superior - excellent style, excellent quality. Big flat screen TV and apple TV was great. Love the gas stove top. A/C was available but the ceiling fans and open windows brought lots of welcome breeze.
Amenities were excellent considering it's not a "resort" - still got the swim up bar, good pool restaurant, wireless internet in suite and in the lobby.
We've stayed at other condos and this was by far superior. At the others there was always something - poor beds, lots of little ants, unreliable a/c, poor quality drinks, poor food etc. No complaints like that here.
We look forward to returning.
