Highly recommended when you need some beach time. We have been to Mexico several times, in several places, this is by far our favorite. It has the right mix of local flavor and destination vacation. We will go back to Nuevo Vallarta and to this condo.
Nothing beats a condo complex on the beach and this is a great one with it's own reasonable beach/pool side cafe. It is close enough to the local town to walk in (on the beach of course) but far enough away to be a little more quiet.
The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Due to the humidity, most places in the area don't even have shower curtains but here, as an example, the curtains are spotless, no mold or mildew.
We had a couple personal emergencies and having the local owners close by really helped.
Highly recommended; beautiful, clean, quiet, reasonable and friendly. -

This is a great place to get away from the winter blahs. We were pleasantly surprised. The beaches are beautiful...better than any beach we visited in Hawaii. The people were very friendly and the condo was very nice. The a condo complex located within 100 yards of the beach was very private with a couple of beautiful pools. Each night as I was dozing off I could hear the ocean waves breaking on the beach. We already have reservations for three weeks next January.

We stayed in this beautiful gated community condo this past winter and will definitely return.The security staff, office staff, and landlord were all very accommodating. The condo was very spacious and clean and had everything you needed plus more. (dishwasher, washer, dryer, bbq). The balcony was equipped with out door furniture were you could enjoy eating your meals and overlooking the beautiful Banderas Bay and gorgeous evening sunsets. If you enjoy walking there are villages close by within a 45 min walk or you can catch a bus or cabs right out front the condo. You can travel as far as the Malicon in Old Puerto Vallarta on the bus it is a must see.

We love staying at Flamingos. The adrians condo is comfortable, clean, and convenient. They provide everything you need. You can listen to and see the ocean all day. The pools are well maintained, pretty, and uncrowded. The beach is wonderful and virtually right out the door. The guard staff is always helpful and friendly. The palapa staff provide poolside drinks and food and fun special dinner events.Excellent location between Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias.

My husband and I are repeat customers at Joan and Rene's condo. This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo is well appointed and comfy. The Flamingos' gated community offers total relaxation and a worry free environment. There are few places along the ocean that can surpass the view from the balcony, the endless swimming pools, pool side food and beverage services, and of course, immediate access to some of the best beaches in the world. Joan and Rene provide everything you need. All we did was enjoy and will again in the future!

Your view from the balcony encompasses the pool below, long stretches of beautiful beach and deep blue ocean, framed by a background of mountains. Breath taking!!
Our stay in this lovely condo was more than a vacation. It was true respite! It was a chance to rest and rejuvinate one's spirit. We loved walking the beaches each day. Highlights included watching turtle eggs hatching, local fisherman and the astonishing kite surfers.
Most importantly, we were warmed by the welcoming local culture and the community of Bucerias. We recommend this condo and wonderful vacation spot without reservation.

My husband and I have had the great fortune of staying in this condo multiple times over the last several years. Each time we are blown away by the perfect location right on the ocean and a short walk into town, the privacy that the condo association affords (versus loud, party hotels), and the lovely charm of the condo itself. Each time we visit we are amazed at how much the surrounding areas have grown but this little paradise stays perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway. The wonderful balcony facing the ocean and the bedroom that opens up to the ocean means you get to hear waves all day and night--heaven! The condo itself has all the amenities one would need for a beach vacation: beach towels, stocked kitchen for cooking, washer/dryer, etc. The thoughtful owners even have books and movies for their guests as well as tips on where to visit during your stay. This condo itself is also located near the elevator in case you need one. It is such a great value compared to other condos and hotels in the area, especially when considering the location. You can even see the dolphins from the balcony! We cannot wait to stay here again!

My husband and I and children have stayed at this beautiful condo on three separate occasions. My son also stayed here for a luxurious honeymoon. The view of the ocean and mountains is spectacular! Most of our travel destinations pale in comparison. Whale watching off the private balcony first thing in the morning, enjoying the cool breezes off the ocean as we sip our morning coffee, watching the sun set in the tranquil surroundings of the courtyard, enjoying the miles of sandy beaches and the quaintness of Bucerias are all just part of a day here.
Having the opportunity to experience authentic Mexico in our visits to Bucerias and the ability to enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer makes this a perfect vacation destination.
The condo is clean and offers every amenity. Lovely kitchen, spacious bedrooms (take the master...and hear the surf of the ocean all night). It's an all-around perfect spot for a first class vacation. -

I stayed for a wonderful week in april. The crowds were just leaving, so it was quieter than in high season. We spent almost every morning and evening on the balcony. The photo is taken from the balcony. What you see is what you get. There are two bedrooms; one with the pool/ocean view. For exercise you can walk the beach to Bucerias which I did several days. There is also an exercise facility, but I chose walking. There is a restaurant adjacent to the pool that is even open for breakfast. The condo has a washer and dryer which was great. There is also an elevator. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay there again.
