The Mexican bank holidays and celebration dates are normally reserved way ahead of time and are double normal rate. New Years and christmas is also double with minimum 7 day stay (no discount).

I stayed in this apartment on my last trip to Vallarta - great location in a private block. Nice size apartment with excllent facilites with own private pool - our favourite was the one next to the beach where we could watch the awesome sunset evernight...and see the turtles lay their eggs!!!
Owners were very helpful and lived locally - helped with car hire and finding our way around and arranged tours etc. Location is close to town and coast road all tourist amenities.
Apartment very clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our stay there - hope to go back next year - would recommend highly!!
