Stunning property with views that are to die for. We recently stayed here for a week and we were very happy with our stay. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The location is right on the beach with the ability to swim in the warm ocean or one of the three resort pools only feet away. The condo has a large kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you could need.
Joni made it a very easy process. We ran into a few minor hiccups with the aC and warm hot, but Joni was quick to respond and had the problems fixed without us having our trip interrupted. The service she provides with her team is excellent!
A few recommendations:
1) complete your grocery shopping right away to save time and money on food and drinks. We went to wal-mart. This was a $7 cab ride.
2) I would not recommend the all inclusive at the resort. There are a number of amazing restaurants that Joni recommends that are much cheaper and are better quality. The resort is built for all inclusive guests, but you will have complete access to pools and other amenities. The food and drinks can be a challenge at the resort.
3) transfer dollars to peso's right away to avoid exchange rate issues.

My initial reaction was wow!!! This beautiful ocean front penthouse (9th floor) has spectacular views and many amenities; including a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area with bar, large deck area, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with your own private deck. There are three pools and the ocean is right there.

As if a vacation to Mexico isn't already amazing enough, staying at the Villa Magna Penthouse made it incredible. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view of the ocean from every single room. The sound of the ocean put me to sleep every night, although you do have the option to shut the windows, close the curtains and hibernate in complete silence and privacy as well. The service at the pool, at the restaurants, in the main lobby, the security was all exceptional. We did not have one problem the entire time we were there. The resort is in a great location, not too far from the airport and not too far from the other popular towns and beaches, incase you want to venture out and see new things. However, after arriving i'm not sure if you will ever want to leave ;) I know I didn't! So to wrap it up, what I liked best about staying at the PH Condo was the privacy, the convenience, the warmth and comfort of the place and the good vibes you get watching the beautiful sunset over the ocean every evening from the top floor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area.

For seven years my family has been going to Puerto Vallarta for vacation. We decided this year to try Nuevo Vallarta. We will never go back to Puerto. The beaches are so much nicer here and not nearly as crowded (probably because they go on forever)We decided to stay at this Condo at the Dreams resort.Joni who owns this Condo was so informative and pleasent to work with.She explained everything before we went and we had no problems what so ever. The condo when we opened the door was amazing, the decorating was done very tastfully and felt very welcoming and open. It has 5 big bedrooms and a bathroom in each. It was very private. The main room is all window that opens all the way. We never had to use the air as the breeze was perfect. We never really wanted to leave as you have everything you need right there. We did get the all inclusive for 2 days and the food was amazing. The pools are Beautiful and each one is a different temp. Once you get there the manager comes to see if everything is ok and lets you know where you can find whatever you need. The service was also impeccable. If you want your dreams to come true book this beautiful penthouse you wont be let down.

We recently spent two weeks (Dec. 22/11 - Jan. 5/12) in the Penthouse Condo at Dreams Resort. Although we have been to Puerto Vallarta and area many times it was our first time staying in Neuvo Vallarta. We found that you really had the best of both worlds. You could participate in the resort activities if you chose to by buying daily passes which were very reasonably priced or do your own thing. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony was second to none and we spent many hours there just relaxing with a nice cold beverage. Any minor issues we had during our stay were addressed immediately. We normally rent a car however we found that with the location of the resort we could either walk or take a short cab ride wherever we needed to go. There is also a tourist bus which covers the Neuvo area free of charge. The concierge at the resort was also helpful in assisting us to set up any tours that we were interested in taking. All in all we had a great holiday and would definately book the Penthouse again from Joni.
