Playa Royale is a luxury condo situated along one of Mexico's most exclusive stretches of white sand beach. The apartments are warm and welcoming,while the views of the blue Pacific are calming and serene.

El Tigre, our home golf course, is just one of several championship courses available. Unwind at one of two luxurious spas with a few hours of pampering, or get your heart pumping at the fully-equipped health clubs. Also available are tennis, racquetball,squash or shoot some hoops.

Nearby,within walking distance, are numerous excellent restaurants. In the local mall, is a supermarket as well as a number of shops and restaurants. Buses are available to take you into historic Puerto Vallarta. There are parking spaces on the property.

  We stayed in playe royale, located in nuevo vallarta, within the confines of paradise village with family over thanksgiving week. this is a three bedroom condo unit and great for families. the bedrooms are large and there is a full kitchen for those times when you dont want to go out. the views are excellent and the pool setup is great. this is definitely one of the best developments on banderas bay. the only negative, and this applies to all of mexico, is the water. it is not caribbean water, so though it is beautiful and the views are outstanding, the beach is more for laying out and relaxing and not for swimming. that being said, no one should be discouraged to visit mexico, especially the nuveo vallarta area. it is 100% safe, very family orieinted, from activities to restaurants, and the accomodations are great. frankly, for a family i dont see any other option other than a condo unit and the price for these units is often less than the price for a single hotel room! there are plenty of restaurants, many within walking distance or at best, a short taxi cab ride away. also, importantly, the weather is also picture perfect. out of the many years we have been visiting nuevo vallarta and this development, it only rained once, the rain was in the evening and it was for only a very limited period. essentially the weather is perfect. i stress again that this type of arrangement is best for families or for two to three couples, there would be an incredible savings over the cost of a hotel. and the great thing about this is that it offers a resort setting with a condo unit. i highly recommend this area to families.
