You will arrive at the end of the road with only a white sandy beach and the ocean beckoning you (the beach is one of the very best on the Bay). Quinta Pacifica sits on the beach with palm trees encircling the property. Gentle ocean breezes and the sound of the surf remind visitors they've arrived in a small piece of paradise.

Quinta Pacifica was built 18 years ago and was one of the first luxury properties in Nuevo Vallarta. It is small, with only 36 units in the complex, which makes for a very private vacation. Some neighbors like you, are here for a week or two (a month or two) of fun and relaxation, while others live in them for mon...ths at a time. Feel free to ask these semi-permanent residents for suggestions, they know the area and are always happy to help you get your bearings in paradise.

Quinta Pacifica Overview:

The architecture of Quinta Pacifica is Mission Style, giving it character and a certain charm the bigger hotel complexes ion the beach in Nuevo simply can't offer. Casa Isbell, is our condo. It is appointed with throughout with a mix of Mexican and North American design and furniture features. With its beautiful archways, lovely tiling and fine finishing it definitely feels like you're in Mexico. It is spacious -- no tiny bedrooms here -- over 1900 sq.ft (176.5 sq.meters) of living space, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a new, top of the line king size bed, while the second bedroom is appointed with two new, very comfy beds; a king and a double. Enjoy the flatscreen LCD Television, 140 satellite channels, HD DVD and ipod friendly sound system. Our 2010 renovations include a fantastic new kitchen for those of you who love to cook.

Casa Isbell -- our Mexican Home:

Casa Isbell is very private, a ground level, corner unit, with no shared walls. It has an enormous, palm shaded and private 200 sq.ft deck for entertaining or simply relaxing after a day swimming, suntanning or visiting the sites of the area. Imagine sitting on the deck, the warm ocean breezes gently cooling you, gazing out on the palm trees and tropical flowers in the courtyard. Feel like a quick dip before dinner? Step off the deck and literally 20 seconds you can be in our state of the art, ozonated swimming pool (only a tiny amount of chlorine makes swimming a pleasure) -- then over the whitewashed wall, onto the sand and into the ocean. For any of you with any physical impediments, our condo is on the ground floor, with easy access in and out of the unit.

Property Management:

Bill Miton moved down to Nuevo Vallarta from Canada, about 7 years ago with his wife and children. He owns a property in Quinta Pacifica as well as his house on the canal. He is our bi-lingual property manager and is an expert on Quinta Pacifica, Nuevo Vallarta and the region. He is an amazing resource for our guests, giving you a gentle introduction to our lovely home and area.

Activities:

There is so much to do in and around Nuevo Vallarta, it could fill up your vacation days alone. Just hop on the free open air buses that navigate Nuevo Vallarta and explore Paradise Village and the other local attractions. If you golf, you'll be thrilled, with 4 world class courses within 10 minutes, and 2 within walking distance!

You will probably want to head out to Puerto Vallarta as well. There is a small bus that comes by Quinta Pacifica regularly and will have you in PV in no time. Taxis are very plentiful and it is an inexpensive 20 minute drive into downtown PV and all of it's excitement and charms.

Don't forget Vallarta Adventures many well, adventures; swim with the dolphins, head out for the very romantic cruise, dinner and show with Rhythms of the Night, or get more active with ziplines and waterfall adventures. There is everything you would want for a great vacation in this beautiful part of the world.

Additional Location Information

Nuevo Vallarta is on the Bay of Banderas, about 10 KM's north of Puerto Vallarta. It is purpose built tourist town, with all of the amenities of any North American or European town or city. It has a beautiful marina with boats hailing from all over the world.

A system of canals runs through, what was once hot and humid jungle foliage. There are two world class golf clubs within 5 minutes of Quinta Pacifica, and a host of amazing restaurants, Paradise Village Mall and the world famous Vallarta Adventures Dolphin attraction...and much more.

There are many waterfront all-inclusive resorts that run almost up to Bucerias, the next town north. Quinta Pacifica sits on the one of the very best beaches on the Bay, as a private, small oasis amid the busy-ness of the larger hotels that surround it.

Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta, only a 10-15 minute drive south, offer almost anything you'd like to experience in a vacation, whether one week or 6 months. Enjoy

  Wow, This spacious unit was all that it promised. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach out front was beautiful, sun drenched and perfect for walking. The pool area was well supplied with chairs and lounges ( no need to "reserve" with a towel). It was an ideal spot to mingle with the friendly owners and guests. We especially loved the large palm shaded patio at the back. It was equiped with table, chairs and two padded lounges. The property manager visited daily and ensured that everything was to our expectations. We spent three wonderful months here and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for perfection.

  This condo has a great layout and well functioning kitchen. Just outside the door is a nice pool and beyond the pool a beautiful view of the ocean. Good Restaurants and convenience store nearby.

  Beautiful suite in paradise location

  Loved the suite. It's nicely appointed and we loved the clean lines
  of the modern décor. We vacationed with another couple who had never
  been to Mexico and they were gobsmacked by the beauty of the tropical
  gardens and the beach. What I love most about Riviera Nayarit is how
  you can enjoy the luxury of hanging out by the pool in the day and
  then take a short trip downtown to spend the evening soaking up the
  culture on the promenade in the historical centre. Puerto Vallarta
  adventures is a short walk from the condo and we highly recommend
  spending a day indulging in one of their great trips. Try the zip
  line through the jungle - you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely
  be back for more.

  Breath-taking. What an amazing getaway!

  I want to be back there so badly it hurts. My wife and I were down for a month (!) and can't wait to go back. Some of what to expect:
  
  Day 1: Take a ten minute cab ride from the airport to your new doorstep, drop your bags, freshen up, walk down to the pool and get ready to be blown away by where you've found yourself. Grab another cab to get groceries, cervesas, and margarita mix. You can get last-minute provisions at the Oxxo across the street.
  
  Day 2: Roll out of your luxurious king size bed at the hour of your choosing. Blend up a fresh fruit smoothie, lather on some sun screen and decide whether to spend the day sitting by the pool or under a palapa on the beach. This is the hardest decision you'll have to make for the rest or your stay.
  
  Day 3 onward: Forget repeatedly that this isn't what your life looks like all the time.
  
  Penny and Wayne have done such a beautiful job of renovating their place. The condo is spacious and bright with a well-stocked kitchen and the largest patio on the property. Super comfortable.
  
  Highlights of our amazing trip: turning off my cell phone, bbqing steaks under the palapa, late-night dice games with a soundtrack of ocean waves, being the only people there for several days of trip, walking the beach for an hour into Bucerias for a plate of ceviche and a tour of the local pubs, convincing the hotel staff next door to serve us beach drinks for happy hour, day trips galore, forgoing daytrips to read a book and float in the pool.
  
  It was a really brilliant vacation. Penny and Wayne's condo is the perfect home away from home.

  Four old broads (friends) from high school got together to meet for their 60th birthdays. Two girls from alberta, one from Ontario, and one from australia. Met all the condo people and had bbq's. Excellent pool with ocean view and beach for walks. Ideal corner unit, with patio, private. Very large inside. Cooked most of our meals but there are numerous restaurants around and easy bus transportation into Puerto Vallarta. Has wifi and satellite cable. Overall an excellent experience and some of us are going back in 2013. The best was the location what we liked least - was leaving this lovely home!

  My four sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo on the beach. Friendly people in the complex, easy access, nice pool and deck and the beach... only steps away.
