Villa Patricia is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, fully air conditioned, beachfront villa in an exclusive neighborhood in Nuevo Vallarta. Private, heated pool, Large patios and garden for entertaining, and viewing beautiful sunsets, Bay of Banderas, and numerous birds. Walk right onto an incredible secluded soft sandy beach.

Other Amenities include: TV with Sky system, CD Player with speakers inside and outside the house, AC in every room, Fans throughout the house, 2 sea kayaks available, washer and dryer also available.

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27Β°C (80Β°F).

Of its many attractions Playa Mismaloya, which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana", is a popular celebrity hangout. The impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The city hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures. What’s more, the streets of downtown offer shops and galleries that sell local paintings and sculptures of local artists.   The house was so very comfortable and clean. The space was perfect was our whole family. We loved the setup of the house, the grass, the pool, the grass and the ocean. Our little ones were very safe and that was our major concern. We loved the beach which was wonderful for walking and sandcastle building. The chef was so accomodating to our very specific food needs. The entire staff was very interested in making our staff as comfortable as possible and wanted to meet our needs along the way. The location of the villa was perfect for sightseeing. Not far from Puerta Vallarta and very close to the airport. The weather was perfect too! - Carol S., Washington, USA

  The house, the way we were cared for, the chef and all the arrangements were perfect. We had 5 kids under 13 and they felt welcomed and pampered at all times! The adults were completely relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Jose Luis arranged for boat rides and a trip, both fabulous. Chaya was absolutely lovely and even let the kids play with puppies which was a big hit. Our chef Carlos was fantastic and everyone is ready to come back.

  It seemed the staff was unsure as to who was coming and what we were looking for. Having said that once we explained what we were looking for they were the absolute best! I wanted to take them home with me.
