This outstanding value is located a short 12 minutes from the PVR airport, in a secure marina complex. The Grand Marina Villas are a part of the entire Paradise Village Hotel complex. The gardens are beautiful and can be viewed from all the rooms of this ground floor, 1500 sq.ft. unit, which includes a large Patio, living /dining room, bedroom, and has a very well-stocked, large kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms and a laundry room. We spent one week at Paradise Village (time share committment) and one week at Edie's. This place truly is lovely. Very spacious, eveything you need from home is supplied and the grounds breathtaking. From the fresh flowers placed on the patio table every morning to the wonderful coconut harvesting show outside our window it was truly a nice retreat. We were even given two coconuts (already opened) to enjoy. The staff are what also makes this place wonderful. They are not in your face and you never feel harrassed. An antonio... (the gate security man) - you feel like you have known him forever. We will be back.

The home is very comfortable with everything needed; stays cool all day. Great pool, quiet, never heard a sound at night and even in the day.
Maintenance and administrative personnel realy helpfull and kind.

The trip from the airport to the villa was short and was very reasonable. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the villa and the furnishings. The amenities that were supplied were more than we needed. The view of the lovely gardens from the patio is awesome and can also be seen from inside the unit. The hot tub, kids' and main pools were steps away from the villa. Just beyond the pools is a large open thatched-roof building with a large gas bar-b-que, tables, chairs and serving area with sink, for our use. Behind this is a walkway along the bay, lined with all the large boats in the private slips in the marina - so beautiful.
A deep sandy beach is outside of the marina across the street on the ocean side. We used the Temporary Beach Club membership to use this exclusive beach area. We were able to drink and dine right on the beach. Service was excellent. We had our choice of either the private pool or the ocean for swimming. The membership also included the golf course and other amenities we didn't use.
I appreciated the fact that there was a mall next door with many shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Outside the mall is a large covered bus stop. You can get buses for many different destinations. It was so convenient to go into downtown Puerto Vallarta by bus and see the busy place that the little fishing village has become. It was a great relief to get back to the peaceful pace of the Grand Marina and the Villa.
I totally recommend it for singles, couples and young children. My daughter, her husband and two children spent a week there a couple of years ago and they are still talking about the wonderful time they had.

I have stayed in this condo about 6 times. It has always been a great experience. The location is wonderful, for you experience all the amenities of a very nice resort, with the privacy of an exclusive condo. Vey clean, everything that you need and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This place is one of my favorites and I heartily recommend it.

I have stayed at the Vallarta Vacation Villa at least 3 times in the past years, 2ce in winter months, and once in late spring.
The Villa is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. It is bright and cheerful, and being on the ground floor gives us a wonderful view of the beautiful gardens and the pool area. There are many amenities available. It is like being at your own home away from home. It has a bright, large living room, leading to a walk-out patio, where we enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The kitchen and snack-bar areas are charming and fully stocked. I found it great that a one bedroom Villa had two bathrooms, and a full laundry area with extra closet space.
The Mall next door is a great amenity. We walked over to it several times a day, whether for shopping, eating or browsing. Even though I do not play golf, we had lunch at the Golf Club-House and enjoyed the view and the food. I enjoyed going to the exclusive Spa there as well.
We have been to downtown Puerto Vallarta many times. So, we just enjoyed great relaxing days in Grand Marina, and a few tours.
The villa is decorated in good taste, with a sense of belonging for any guest. I look forward to returning to the Villa. Many thanks for my lovely vacation.

In one word - fantastic! We were Ms. Nichols first renters and have been back every year since. This would have been our 7th Christmas in a row but my husband got ill. We are both very disappointed as we love it here. Ms. Nichols is the most honest person and nicest to deal with. The condo is lovely with anything you need. Its just beautiful to sit on the patio in the morning over coffee and muffins from the grocery in the mall next store and the again for cocktails after the pool. The pool area is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping all around. We love to sit there and read and watch the boats go by in the waterway which is right there. A big convenience is the mall next store and also the bus stop too. We don't even go into Puerto Vallarta anymore but we do go to Bucerias for most dinners. Breakfast at the golf course is lovely too and there is a free shuttle to take you there. Don't even think twice - book now!

We stayed in this luxury condo three times now (for eight days each time). Beautiful and top rate. 3 pools just 50 ft from door and overseen from the patio (where I had my morning java). Marina is a tiny walk as is a shopping mall. Shuttle to Golf, Restaurants & Spa. 20 mins from airport. Very quiet gated community. Our only regret is not spending enough time in the condo (out fishing and shopping). Perfect place to stay and price makes it a best value!

This condo is located in a beautiful,secluded, well kept resort in Nuevo Vallarta. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, secure, provides privacy, peace and quiet and is a truly great way to relax in this georgous part of the world. Featuring a large private patio in the front of the unit, enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the marina, filled with one of a kind luxury yachts. You are steps away from a stone hot tub and a few more steps to a gorgeous swimming pool. Want to experience Puerto Vallarta? The city bus is only steps from your back door transporting you to another world. Slip across to the shopping centre, purchase dinner or just wander around enjoying the crafts of the Mexicans. What did I like best? The whole experience spent in this condo.
