Description from the owner
Step back in time to the 50s and 60s when it was rock n roll and Happy Days. This old garage emulates an American Diner with all the mod cons you would expect to have to make your stay a memorable one. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms one with a bathroom to die for with a hydrotherapy spa and a TV. You can sit on the bar stools shipped from the USA and have an espresso coffee with music playing. This newest, luxury accommodation can accommodate up to 6 adults. We can arrange Wine Tours and restaurant transfers.

Brisbane, AustraliaAnother fantastic stay in the Barossa Valley
Left on 05/13/2013 for a stay in May 2013
I have travelled to the Barossa Valley several times both for business and leisure. I have stayed in a few different properties in the area, here in Nuriootpa and in Tanunda.
This is the third or fourth time that I have stayed at the Old Garage, and it's just as great as always.
The owners Jannine and Mark have always made me feel more than welcome, and the unique accommodation is of the highest quality.
I cant recommend it enough - although I may be shooting myself in the foot if too many people find out about this hidden treasure!Response from Jannine Moar - 05/15/2013

Total Suprise as soon as you opened the door! the place welcomes you with the sounds atmosphere of the days of old, great ambience and wonderful hosts welcome you into their private collection of yester year. Above all expectations, location was extremely close to town however far enough away for privacy. Will definately recommend this accomodation to all travellers.. was a wonderful experience and will stay again!

My friends and I had a great New Years while staying here. We loved the 50's theme and atmosphere.
I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay somewhere with a bit of a twist! The spa bath was an added bonus with a few of our group each enjoying some long relaxing baths. Kitchen facilities were excellent! Nicely located in the middle of the Barossa which made it easy for trips out and about by car.Response from Jannine Moar - 01/22/2013

The Service at Borossa Old Garage is second to non. Everything that you need is right there. The attention to detail is outstanding, with all top range fittings for ultimate comfort.
Jannine and Mark really go out of their way, to make sure your stay here is 5 star quality.
The location is amongst the finest wineries in the world and booking a tour with Mark, was both educational and fun.
My favourite thing about the Barossa Old Garage was that there was so much detail to look at, we stayed for 2 nights and even after spending 2 days there we where all still spotting something we hadn't noticed before.
I would highly recommend a stay here to anybody!Response from Jannine Moar - 01/13/2013

PerthIncredible accommodation - what more could you want

This accommodation was amazing, this is pure luxury! . There has been no expense spared with this B&B; with every detail catered for, including an expresso machine. We were two couples staying and one person was confined to a wheelchair. There was a lot of space which allowed him to wheel around with ease which he mentioned is very unusual. He was also able to access everything in the kitchen. The bathroom was fully set up for him much to his delight as he finds it very difficult to book accommodation with so much thought to wheelchair requirements. We enjoyed each couple having a queen size bed and in the bathrooms had quality toiletries and towels. This was a luxury home away from home and really made our trip to the Barossa so much more enjoyable. We loved all the efforts with yesterday collectables and the theme. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we will definately book again when back in adelaide.

From the welcoming music, lighting, amazing platter, port and chocolates to the comfortable bed and absolute cleanliness of the place - this was truly an amazing getaway. We were going to have tea in town somewhere and when we arrived and unpacked we decided to find the local butcher and cook tea at this place. You step back in time but have all the mod cons and there is such much made available it is wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again and making it a longer one this time. Very, very highly recommended.

We took a punt at this new Bed & Breakfast and we were blown away by this place. The attention to detail and experience is amazing. We usually stay in Resorts and big chain hotels and this place has it all, the bath rooms are to die for. Is good for family and is very large. The owners are super nice and very helpful.
