My wife and I booked this ground floor Villa as my son and his family were staying in the same complex on the 4th floor. The unit was clean and tidy and apart from a few mossies we enjoyed our stay. A word of warning, if you pay through Paypal you are expected to pay the Owners charges which are quite expensive.

Just to clarify your point about payment method. Our preferred and recommended method of payment is by bank transfer which is used by most of our guests. We offer paypal as a convenience to our guests although the fees are much higher and the exchange rate is typically 3% worse than a bank. Our rental prices assume payment by bank transfer and if a guest chooses to use paypal we ask for them to pay the extra fees. The fees charged by paypal vary by country and can be found on your country’s paypal site.

We stayed in a private apartment. The apartment was amazing. It was huge especially since the two bedroom apartment was for only myself and my husband. (Next time we'll take the kids). Kitchen was clean and had all utilities for cooking but we never used it as we ate out every day and night. The plunge pool was really nice . Overall a lovely stay it was like being on a second honeymoon.

We stayed in this gorgeous apartment for 11 days and experienced one of the best family holidays we have ever had. From the start Nikki was amazing to deal, answering promptly our many questions about the apartment and location.
The apartment itself was very well appointed and extremely comfortable, we had friends stay with us and there was plenty of room/privacy with the seperate bathrooms. The private pool is delightful and my 3 year old adored feeding the fish. We also appreciated the pool toys.
Nusa Dua is another world away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali but it is cheap to get a taxi into Kuta for shopping etc. We also spent a lot of time in Bulau Village just a short walk from the hotel which has some great restaraunts, plus the usual spa treatments and shopping. In addition there is lots of security in Nusa Dua so you do feel very safe even walking at night.
The Novotel itself is beautiful with a massive pool, great kids club and lush gardens. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good with a huge variety of dishes.
If I had to make any suggestions perhaps the provision of a clothes airer in the apartment would be useful, but I am just really being pedantic as I can't fault our experience. If you want a relaxing, peaceful holiday this is definitely the place to go. We will return to Bali and book this apartment through Nikki again.

We stayed in this apartment as 2 couples with 2 infants. The apartment was great. The 1st room was a decent size with it's own bathroom. 2nd room was a bit smaller so slightly tighter with a cot inside.
The apartmenty had fully serviced kitchen, there was a washing machine for use.
pool was slightly small but for the size of the apartment it was more than enough.
we split our time between this and the larger pool not far from the room.
Nikki was very good with answering questions we may have had.
Bali collection was about a 10-15 min walk away, slightly tiring in the heat but nevertheless and easy walk.
there was also a smaller supermarkets and shops a closer walk away.
The shuttle bus to the beach was great, the beach area is awesome, but the water not the best for infants, as there felt to be a slight current running. the beach appeared very clean and highly recommended.
Food available at the restaurant was very good.
great and fast access to wifi available in the room free of charge through novotel
overall enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate staying here again. -

Hi Nikki, Absolutely spot-on. Can't think of anything to whinge about. We've been to Bali many times and this is the first place I've ever thought I'd go back to. We shared with my younger son and girlfriend and had no problem with the amount of space on offer. The staff here are very good, in fact a lot better than the Conrad where my eldest son was staying prior to his wedding at the same venue.
We had a number of visitors who all felt we'd got a better deal than they had at their respective hotels. Your place certainly more than compares with some of the pool villas in the upmarket end of Seminyak where we have stayed previously.
Not a five star hotel but extremely good value in terms of tariff, food and facilities. Many thanks for making it so easy.

We just returned from 10 days of absolute family bliss. We travelled with our 7 month old baby and our trip could not have been better in any aspect.
The apartment was a luxurious home away from home! Having the hotel there for room service was fantastic. The apartment has everything you could possibly need or want - it was great to have our fully equipped kitchen for preparing baby food and for when friends dropped in for a drink. The pool is beautiful, with the sun beds catching a perfect bit of sun every day around lunch time! The cleaners came through every few days, and the apartment is in fantastic condition. It was great to have the 2 bed & 2 bath, and the outdoor area has a few different areas to relax in as well. We didn't venture out much at all as it has everything we could possibly need!
Nikki was an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. Paypal is now a payment option which will make the booking process even more simple.
The Novotel itself is a fantastic family resort. We couldn't fault the restaurant food, grounds or staff. The beach shuttle seemed to be there for us within minutes every time, and we walked a couple of times as it only took 10 minutes. The 'Beach Club' is a beautiful secluded part of beach - unlike other resorts that have the beach frontage, you can't see another resort from the area.
The Spa at the Novotel was absolute bliss! We still went for a few massages down at the beach but did most of our pampering on the hotel grounds.
We used the Bali Collection for most of our shopping. Although marginally more expensive than other shopping destinations, it was simply so convenient.
I am confident that there isn't a place in Bali that could have suited our needs better or made for a more enjoyable holiday.

The whole family enjoyed our 5 day break here very much. It was wonderful to have a private pool and outdoor relaxation area away from the main hotel, yet, at the same time be only a few paces away from all the main hotel facilities. The apartment itself offered every comfort we needed and provided a home away from home for our stay. I loved the huge bathroom and very comfortable bed and we really appreciated the free wi-fi so the kids could play computer games. All facilities were provided in the kitchen and for a longer stay, the full size fridge freezer would have been a real bonus. The kids loved feeding the fish and we also appreciated the large box of buckets, spades and beach toys which we took to the beach. Thanks too for the movie and book collection; my daughter found a couple of books to read on our stay.
The apartment is within the hotel complex and we made use of the restaurants there. We particularly enjoyed the beach restaurant and happy hour mojitos! The shuttle bus to the beach was frequent and convenient. I had a great aromatherapy at the spa and my daughter had her hair braided there which was cheaper than having it done at places within the Bali Collection.
We ate a couple of times at the Bali Collection and it was within easy walking distance; we didn't feel we needed to use the shuttle bus.
Our pick up at the airport went very smoothly and our thanks to the owners for organizing this. A welcome pack at the apartment provided clear information about the hotel complex and use of in apartment facilities which was useful.
A wonderful short break and highly recommended! -

We are just back from an 8 night stay in this apartment - we had a fantastic holiday and I would thoroughly recommend it!
The apartment was really spacious with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining & kitchen and a lovely outdoor area. It was really well equipped - having a washing machine was great but I must confess we didn't do any cooking!! Price wise it is fantastic value and I think a lot cheaper than booking direct with the resort.
The apartment is in the Novotel which was perfect for our needs - a lovely big swimming pool and reasonably priced restaurants. The apartment was serviced twice during our stay and there was free wi-fi.
I would say the apartment would be particularly good for a family with young children as they could play happily in the plunge pool.
Nusa Dua is fairly quiet - mainly other hotels around although there is a local street nearby with shops and restaurants but to be honest we hardly left the resort as we were either relaxing in the apartment or by the pool. -

Anyone who decides to stay at Nikki and Davids apartment is in for a treat. I spent hours trying to find a suitable two bedroom apartment in Bali close to a great beach. Found this one at the very last minute and we were so pleased we booked it. Nikki and David were fantastic over the phone and answering all our questions via email. We had never booked thru flipkey before and were a little nervous however we had no problems at all.
The apartment itself is extremley large with all mod cons and perfect for two couples or family of 4 or even 5. It is ground floor and situated in a quiet block and is right near the pool. The bathroom is huge and very clean. The bedrooms are very specious and cozy. Outside is a lovely courtyard with plunge pool. There were even little toys for the kids.
The novotel itself is a fantastic family resort as its not too large. The surrounding hotels are huge and stunning however a lot of them dont have the balinese feel.
The pool is huge and once again fantastic for little ones. Our 4 year old could stand up in a lot of areas. The private beach club is great and the food so yum. The water itself is clear and blue and was a lot nicer than I last visited.
We had no hiccups and were extremley sad to leave next time will stay for a lot longer.
We have already recommended this apartment to many friends.

My partner and I stayed here in May 2012 with our 3 kids (1, 4 & 15) and we absolutely loved it.
We had 10 other family members that stayed in various other rooms and apartments at the Novotel and I will honestly say that they weren't too fussed with their accommodation but absolutely loved ours - so much so that they would always congregate in our villa in the evening.
The Villa is spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen,DVD,washing machine, internet access etc) and was also very child friendly - I spent ages searching online to find a villa with private pool that offered some form of pool safety for my little kiddies and this villa was perfect with solid wood doors leading to pool.
The outside area is lovely - little dip pool, fish pond and Balinese day bed. Even if you don't use it it is beautiful to look at. Can honestly say I never swam in pool except to retrieve the endless supply of toys our 1 year old kept throwing in but spent every night dipping feet in it and lounging ( and drinking?)on day bed.
Location of the Villa within the resort is good too - close to pool , restaurant and bar and well away from the carpark area so it was lovely and quiet.
Being able to have your own villa and yet also have access to resort facilities such as room service, kids club and spa is brilliant.
Nikki was very helpful and friendly to deal with too. She organised our pick up from airport and provided us with lots of advice and information that everything went so smoothly.
We love trying new places and don't normally stay in the same place twice but we loved this place so much that we are going back again next year! I highly recommend staying here.

We have returned from a family holiday staying at Nikki's apartment for 10 days in the lovely Nusa Dua. From the moment I made contact with Nikki with my first query i knew i had made the right decision to book through them rather than Novotel. Being in direct contact with Nikki made it all the more easier to customize our trip and ask questions about the area before we arrived.
The apartment itself is gorgeous, very spacious and peaceful. The outlook over the private pool is wonderful and it was lovely to sit outside on the patio in the mornings with breakfast from the Pause cafe. All the equipment was new and in working order with all the furnishings tasteful and clean.
The hotel itself is great, the pools are lovely and you can easily spend a day sat by the side while the kids play. The staff are wonderful too, couldn't do enough for us and always with a smile. The food is good on site but you can go outside the hotel and to the left through the gate and there are some nice local restaurants and very well priced. The beach club was good too and very relaxing.
When we return to Bali we will not hesitate to stay at this apartment again, we all agreed it was one of the most relaxing holidays we'd had and that's with an 8 and a 5 year old in tow. Nikki and David deserve all the credit for the great service provided all round in ensuring we had a wonderful holiday, thank you! -

As this was our first family trip outside australia, I wanted it to be special for our kids. Well we were never dissapointed. On arrival the Novotel staff were wonderful and accomodating, nothing was too difficult to arrange. The villa was beautifully presented and plenty of room for our family of 5. The location of the resort was perfect, quiet and not the hussel and bussel of the urban centres. Transport was easy and very well priced, plenty of activities to do within the resort itself. The local markets were located only a short distance, also some very good resteraunts that were sublime.
A tip would be to have a couple of mossie coils to burn in the villa at night as the mosquitoes were out in force. The big hit for our stay was the resort pool area and the Nusa Dua markets. Servicing of the villa was of a good standard.
We did discover that replacement of toiletries and extra towls etc did cost more, that was surprising but not expensive. Overall our family had a very special holiday and the children have not stopped talking about thier experiences. We will be booking for next year as we found the resort staff were the specail "x" factor that makes all the difference to a holiday.

Renting this 2 bedroom apartment for our family was one of the best decisions we could have made for this trip.Easily takes a family of 5 and is beautifully decorated but not to the extent where you are scared to have your children touch things.
The novatel hotel kids club was great,we even put our 11 year old in so we could have a bit of us time. The main hotel pool was out standing and there was always enough poolbeds around so we could all be together.
The Staff was very helpful and hotel prices reasonable.
And the Bali collection which is an open air shopping and eating centre was very close by 8minutes to walk or you can catch the shuttle bus. The food their was quite cheap ($30 for 6 people including drinks).
Didn't spend to much time at the private beach ,you had to catch a shuttle bus to it. The kids loved the pool so much that they didn't want to leave which is why we only made it to the beach once.
This is a privately owned apartment and the owners were great.
There is no problem with sending money or any dodgy dealings,they were really great .
I truly have only praise for this place and suggest to anyone considering a family holiday in Bali to book this apartment.

Although the villa looks beautiful in the photos, its not until you're there that you realise how truly wonderful it is. I loved that you had privacy and room when you wanted but could utilise all the Novotel had to offer. Our 5 yr old loved the kids club where the staff were attentive and gentle, so much so she would howl when we picked her up because she didn't want to leave!
We heeded Nikkis advice and used external laundry services. 3-4kg of stinky clothes were washed, pressed and wrapped for a grand total of aud3.00!! So nice to take home a bag of clean clothes.
I also went to the beauty palour on the street at the back of the resort, just a little to the left, across from the laundry place. Some of these places are a bit grubby but this one is newish and clean. I recomend the aloe vera facial and cream hair bath (strawberry) each for about aud7.00.
If you're after Dvds theres a little shop you get to by going out past Circle K and turning right and heading along the street to the first intersection (be careful the path runs out at the end and you have watch the traffic). Turn right there and there should be a local barber on the corner, go past this a couple of shops and theres the DVD shop. The selections a bit limited but hes more than happy to replace "bad" ones. There is also a good money changer nearby whose rates are loads better than the hotel and gives a receipt (always a good sign).
Alot of the restaurants on this street will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, although its a short walk.
The Balinese love you talking Bahasa but Balinese even more. I only know 2 sentences but they still raise genuine smiles when used. These are (scuse spelling just writing phonectically) "sook sar mer" meaning "thank you" and they'll reply "mwarli" and the other one is "sarmpar joompar" meaning "see you".
All in all we had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for more.Can't wait to get back.

The appartment is so clean and spacious and its so nice having your own private pool which our 3 kids loved.

The appartment is beautiful and very well appointed. It's a great size and the pool is perfect for colling off after a hot day. Our 2 girls spent plenty of time just playing in the appartment pool virtually ignoring the larger hotel one. The resort is very nice and has everything you need. I would thoroughly recommend the appartment and Nikki was very helpful in organising our stay. Will definitely come back

Hi we have stayed in this apartment several times now and are never disapppointed - it is huge and well equipped.
Our children aged 3 + 5 love the space, fish and pool.
The hotel facilities are great and the beach is just a short bus trip or stroll - Bali collection offers some shopping and restaurants just 5 minutes away.
we will keep returning for as long as we can! -

My wife, daughter and I (three adults) had a wonderful 12 nights holiday at the apartment and hotel.
We thought the apartment was excellent and met our needs perfectly. Our first impression was one of amazement as to how spacious and lovely it was. We could find no fault with it at all. The bedrooms were large with large comfortable beds and led out onto the courtyard area with the plunge pool. The en-suite bathrooms were beautifully designed and well maintained. The whole apartment was very clean and quite. The kitchen area was well equipped.
The hotel was very good and the staff polite and friendly. We spent many hours by the very large swimming pool relaxing and swimming. This was combined with trips to the beach where you can take long walks along the shore or swim in the sea (can be a strong current parallel to the beach). No problem with getting a sun lounger or towels. You can either take the hotel shuttle to the beach or the pleasant 10 minute walk along the side of the golf course.
We went most evenings to the Bali Collection shopping mall to stroll around the shops and have our evening meal (plenty of restaurants). You can either get the shuttle, walk or get a taxi which was very cheap. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good and plentiful. There are enough facilities in the apartment to prepare your own meals if required. The Circle K supermarket in the hotel grounds supplied basic food supplies. Worth going to the Pause Cafe in the evening at Happy Hour to buy superb desserts 2 for the price of 1. Dinner at the hotel was good but more expensive than outside.
We were surprised to hear that Obama would be staying in a hotel near to us during our stay. He was attending the asean conference. This just added to the overall holiday experience. This meant security was tight everywhere. Returning from the Bali Collection one evening by taxi we were ordered to pull over to let the Presidential cavalcade go past. All good fun.
Nikki was excellent dealing with the booking, responding rapidly to email queries and giving useful advice. The instructions for using the apartment and hotel were clear and sufficient. If we return to Bali for a holiday I will certainly book this apartment for our stay and will recommend it to our family and friends. -

Whilst having all the great facilities associated with a Novotel resort, the bonus of having a fully self contained apartment with our own courtyard area just added to the benefits of staying here. Nikki was always prompt in responding to any enquiries we had prior to our stay and all the arrangements made went like clockwork. Thanks Nikki and David for making our first overseas trip for us as a fmaily very memorable.

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 16, 9 and 5) have just recently spent 6 nights at this accommodation and were very impressed. It's huge and plenty big enough for all of us. Very clean and well equipped. Even has a full size fridge and washing machine. It's such a bonus having your own pool and bali day bed outside in a private courtyard. Even if you don't use it, it's really pretty to look at. The hotel had great facilities, and great value eating and drinking with a bonus small supermarket on the premises to stock up on the essentials. Would highly recommend this accommodation and Nikki was so professional to deal with. No problems at all. Thank you so much, this stay was the icing on the cake to a very relaxing holiday in Bali.

What an absolutely perfect place to spend our first holiday in Bali. The apartment was beautifully maintained and equipped, kids loved feeding the fish and cooling off in the pool. Hotel complex was extremely well kept with friendly, helpful staff in a great location, about 10 mins walking distance from shops and restaurants at the Bali Collection. Shuttle bus provided did get busy at peak times but never had a problem getting on it.
We paid for the buffet breakfast for our family for most of our stay and was well worth it - heaps of choice and good quality food. Very busy at breakfast time, but no problems getting seated. Enjoyed getting involved with the volleyball and aqua aerobics arranged with the staff every day.
Would recommend the spa treatments - more than you would pay outside the resort, but they do have happy hour prices when its 25% off and the facilities were first class.
There is a theme night every night of the week at the hotel - we only tried the Italian night at the beach club but this was well worth it and highly recommended. All you could eat pizza, pasta, salad, breads, desserts and happy hour on drinks between 6pm-7.30pm. We thoroughly enjoyed it, even though it cost us more than we would normally have paid for dinner.
All in all, a truly fantastic holiday enjoyed by us all - none of us wanted to leave and we will definitely be returning. -

Everything was perfect with the apartment, every bit as beautiful as we remembered from the first time we stayed in 2008.
Novotel staff & facilities were brilliant too, everything we could ever need was always at hand.
All in all a fantastic holiday that we'll never forget.

I decided to spend our last few days in luxury during our first visit to Bali. I found this apartment and thought it looked amazingly good value for what it offered. If anything it was even better than I had hoped and the owners were fantastic with advice about the best local places to eat and how to get around Nusa Dua. The apartment enjoys the facilities of a 5 star hotel as it is located within a resort but is huge with its own pool. If we ever decided to return to Bali I wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Nusa Dua is a great place to start a Bali holiday, especially with a family. The apartment was like home away from home, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The booking process efficient and the owners very easy to communicate with. Having stayed at the Novotel before we knew the area & the complex, it is a lovely place to relax and settle into holiday mode.

We had such a lovely time in the villa. It was in a perfect location based in the Novotel hotel in Nusa Dua; with local amenities and gorgeous beach near by.
The weather was perfect for our stay, not a day of rain and we spent our time between the pool, the beach and doing copious amounts of shopping!
The villa itself was really lovely, and beautifully furnished. Bed very comfy and loved the adjoining bathroom with amazing shower!
As a young couple we did have an incredibly relaxing stay, it was just a shame there wasn't much sun in the garden as we would have definitely stayed in the villa alot more than we did!
Thank you Nikki and David for a wonderful stay; we will definitely visit Bali again! :) -

This villa is really lovely and for the price and the services its fantastic value.
Location of the villa was great within the resort and only a quick walk to the pool, restaurants kids club etc.
The resort was a great size for us not to enormous for the kids to get lost but definately enough space not to feel jammed in. The staff everywhere were excellent.The pool restaurant area is lovely as is the beach area. Coming from somewhere with extremely good beaches I was suprised at the cleanliness and water quality of the beach at Nusa Dua after staying in legian and lombok before where the beaches are no where near as nice.You can either walk which was lovely or the bus goes every 20 minutes.
Nusa Dua suited our family perfectly, very laid back and exactly the holiday we were wanting. The villa was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, my husband had forgotten a book but there were many there on the shelves to read while he was there. the shop withn the complex was also great for getting supplies for the villa. All of our family wanted to stay longer possibly forever. The only suggestion would be if you want to do lots of shopping or eating at many of the great seminyak restaurants it is quite far in taxis all the time.
We were happy to stay in Nusa Dua except for a few day trips and after a shopping trip to kuta I couldnt wait to get back to the tranquility of the Novotel.
Nikki and David provided an excellent service throughout the whole booking service and their follow up service has also been excellent.

We rented this apartment for myself, husband and children 1 1/2 and 4. While I was a little worried about the pool and fish pond before travelling, the doors are pretty heavy, so they were quite safe inside.
Its a very modern and clean apartment, and very large.
I loved the little touches, like a selection of books and Dvds.
The resort complex is beautiful, and the staff lovely. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach is a short walk or quick bus ride away. Families with young kids - bring your pusher - the footpaths are good in Nusa Dua. -

We stayed for 5 days in this apartment with some friends and absolutely loved it. The flat has everything you need even dvds and books! We settled in very quickly and felt like home. We didn't use the pool as it was a bit cold in the shade but the sunlounge was awesome! The apartment was within the Novotel hotel complex which has restaurant, gym, swimming pool etc if you don't want to go too far, Thanks for having us and we will definitely go back again!

My only hesitation in writing this review is that this place will become impossible to book next time we want to come! We had a wonderful stay with our 2 small children in the apartment. The kids loved their private pool and feeding the fish and the adults enjoyed the extra space that a hotel room just can't offer. Spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. Closely situated to the resort restaurant and lagoon pool but on the golf course side so lovely and quiet. If we didn't feel like the 1 minute walk to the buffet, room service delivered affordable and delicious meals. Kids club was fabulous and kept the kids entertained but there were plenty of movies in the apartment for the kids to watch on rainy days (when they weren't in the pool regardless!) Cocktails on our own Balinese Bale in the garden once the kids were in bed gave us a feeling of escape. If you want resort facilities but plenty of space, look no further...all in the idyllic and beautifully manicured Nusa Dua enclave. David and Nikki were accomodating in every way and a pleasure to deal with. We cannot wait to come again and are already planning our next trip.

I honestly can't say anything negative about this apartment. Despite the fact the photos of the place are impressive they really don't do it justice. It is stunning, especially the garden and master bathroom.
We were torn between booking a private villa and hotel because of the kids and this apartment has the benefits of both. You have the privacy of what feels like a private Villa plus the convenience of good hotel facilities (the apartment is part of the Novatel Nusa Dua complex).
The hotel is great too, the staff are really friendly and helpful. We opted to eat in the local restaurants but occasionally ordered room service when the kids were tired so I can't comment on the standard of the hotel restaurants. But the room service food was great and only slightly more expensive than you'd expect to pay at local restaurants.
If you decide to make your own breakfast rather than use the hotel as we did, I think my only tip would be to buy fresh bread from the Pause cafe in the hotel. It's proper fresh 'farmhouse' bread and better than anything you'll find locally.

This apartment is fantastic and my teenaged daughter and I had a wonderful five days there. It is absolutely huge and so much better than a hotel room, but is within the Novotel complex so you have the best of both worlds, (room service, restaurants, tour bookings, 24 hour front desk). The owners provided us with lots of information about what to do and how everything worked within the apartment. I will recommend this apartment to everyone I know who plans a trip to Bali and would stay there again in a hearbeat.

Stayed for 16 nights at Novotel Nusa Dua. Perfect location and accomodation for family. Apartment was top class and having our own pool was a huge plus. It was great to be able to have the facilities of the hotel like the kids club, spa (divine) & gym but also have the option of complete privacy. Would definitely go back again.

We stayed at the apartment for 10 days with our two year old. The apartment has everything you would need and it was great having the extra space for a family holiday. The plunge pool was brillant and our daughter loved feeding the fish! Being part of a hotel was a bonus and we spent much time by the main pool taking advantage of the cocktails and pool snacks! Staff at the hotel are just great. We had breakfasts at the little cafe which was much cheaper then the main restaurant and also had free wi-fi. Booking process with Owner was seamless and price was very good value. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

This 2 bedroom private pool residence is fantastic. You can use all the facilities of the hotel, and there is a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, DVD player etc, so a lot more than in a hotel room. Be aware that the rooms are only cleaned and linen/towels changed twice a week. If you need linen changed, as we did after a spill, you get charged for it. There are also no amenities on arrival, so no soap until we got to the shops. The 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds, kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a back courtyard with pool and daybed and a front porch are all in balinese style and are lovely and cool. The pool was only cleaned once while we were there so we had to clear the leaves out a few times, and as it didn't get a lot of sun it was much colder than the main pool so we didn't use it all the time!
The owner arranged for us to be collected on arrival by the hotel which all went smoothly and was $Us15.
The owner was also very helpful with all my questions and very prompt at answering.
We didn't want breakfast supplied but I had a look and it seemed to have everything, pretty standard hotel buffet breakfast.
Room service was very reasonably priced, and the food was on par with many of the restaurants we ate at outside the hotel. We didn't try the dinner buffets, but they seemed good value.
The staff were always very friendly, even the ground keepers and security always said hello with a smile.
The pool was fantastic. The pool was so nice we didn't bother going to the beach which is about 3 minutes awat on the shuttle, or a 10 minute walk.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are after a relaxing holiday to mainly lie around the pool with an occasional excursion outside. If you want lots of shopping, restaurants, nightlife or balinese culture, then this is probably not the place. -
