The meter boxes for electricity and water are next to the lift in the 4th floor (the floor where the unit is). Novotel will check the meter at the check-in and check-out. (The guests can have access to see the meter themselves from 9am to 5pm) We calculate utility fees on checking out time. Then guest only pay for what they use.

Enjoyable stay in this clean and tidy apartment. Everything was as we wanted and the grandkids loved it. Weather was great and being able to utilise the facilities of the Resort was a bonus.

we (2 adults 2 children) stayed at Ruby 8405 for 6 days in March.
absolutely loved everything: easy contact with owner/apt manager, great location, really nice and clean beach - perfect for swimming with young children, apartment is really as in the photos. Kids also enjoyed hotel facilities such as kids club and a swimming pool.
Dede's tips and advises on were very much appreciated.
we are coming back again in June and would definitely recommend this apartment/residence

I have been staying her for 4-5 times in the last 3 years.
The master bedroom and its attached bathroom is huge and comfortable. The other bedroom is smaller but cozy. The living area is nice with tv and I like the kitchen. It was well equipped. Though I didn't cook but very convenient to make light and quick breakfast. It comes with washing machine too.

We have stayed several times at the Novotel's serviced apartments and our last say of 5 nights was in this particular apartment. The place is very spacious, very clean and well maintained with comortable furniture. The locaion within the resort makes it a very peaceful one with a very nice balcony to enjoy lazy afternoons. We'll be back!

My daughter and myself stayed in this beautiful well appointed apartment. Huge comfortable lounge , kitchen with all mod cons and two lovely luxury bedrooms. Both rooms have ensuite, in fact the master bedroom has a massive bath looking into both bedroom and bathroom! We had a brilliant lady that came every day and cleaned and tidied up. We also had the driver recommended from the owner and he took us around some of Bali, such easy access from where we were staying . We also enjoyed a local spa , which was a five minute journey .
We had breakfast on our balcony most of the time, a nice bakery on site. We tried the buffet breakfast it was very nice and good value. But just preferred our own company on the balcony , such a lovely outlook.
The beach is also very pleasant and if you like water sports you can find plenty not far away.

Excellent service n a great place to stay especially for family. It has a very nice n good facilities for kids to play. It has different kind of programs such cooking lesson, snorkelling, etc.
Love the beach very clean...we can sit, relax and enjoy the breeze.
Apartment very nice, clean and well maintained.
We will definitely come back again n stay here!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night after spending a few days in Ubud. The location of Nusa Dua is a bit out of the way but we were assigned a driver for the entirety of our stay in Bali so it wasn't a problem. The apartment is like a serviced apartment that is a part of the Novotel. We only stayed a night and didn't use the Novotel facilities since we were out for most of the day. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the only downside is that it was hot because the aC hadn't been turned on prior to our arrival. The manager of this property was easy to contact via email. The next time I visit Bali, I'd stay here a bit longer with more people. The apartment is spacious and fits quite a lot of people. There were only two of us so it felt huge. The kitchen is clean and we loved the board of places to eat, shop, and visit in the kitchen. We added our own recommendation for a Babi Guling place.

My Wife, Son, His Wife & myself stayed for two weeks in February 2013. The apartment was very good, as was the service & amenities. The Staff were Brilliant as was the Bakery/Cafe and Room Service. The Manager, Dede did a very good job. Will be going back, for shore.

I stayed at apartment 8405 for 4 days between 16-20’January, 2013. On the pictures apartment 8405 seems wonderful but when you get into it, you find that it is actually not on the clean side. The kitchen cabinets are sticky and the kitchenware are not clean. There comes a very strong damp smell from all cabinets and this includes the cabinets in the two bedrooms for clothes. The stench is so strong that we could not put our clothes in the closets and lived out of luggages. Because of the stench, out of kitchen cabinets we could use only enough amount of dishes and cutlery and only one pan.
The apartment is infected with tiny little ants. They are literally everywhere – even in beds. Fearing we might bring the ants home, the very second we arrived back, we rushed to the bathroom and piled up the clothes in the bathtub and did several loads of laundry including the luggages. In addition to the ants, we found a light brown cockroach in the master bathroom. It was very fast moving but we managed to catch it and sprayed it dead.
The sheets were not crispy clean. The sheet in the master bedroom had a very large yellow stain.
At this apartment you pay your water and electricity bills separately. The rates are Rp. 25.000,00 (around USD 2,50) per metercube for water and Rp. 4.500,00 (around USD 0,45) for electricity. They asked for a deposit of USD 160.00 for water and electricity. We refused to pay this unreasonable deposit and did not pay anything. Anyone who asks for such an outrageous amount of deposit is up to no good and we confirmed it when we checked out. I am so glad that we refused to pay the deposit. We used a normal amount of electricity and at the end of 4 days, they charged us about USD 80.00. Obviously they were robbing us so I complained to Novotel management. Later they made a 50% discount for us so we paid USD 40.00 for electricity. It was still much for 4 days though but we preferred to just let it go. Later I googled and found that the electricity rate in Nusa Dua area (which has a higher rate) is far far less than Rp. 4.500,00 (even much less than Rp. 2.250,00 with the 50% discount).
When we first made the reservation, we sent Dede, the real estate lady who represents the apartment, our flight details twice and asked for a 7-seat van to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived at the airport, no-one was waiting for us so we got a regular taxi and squeezed into it with our baggages. A surprise from Dede.
Gede, the gentleman who ushered us to the apartment, said he would come and clean the apartment everyday. Neither him nor anyone came. On our last day I called Dede and told her that we did not get any room service. She said she’d send someone. I said it was our last day and we did not want any service. When we came back to the apartment in the evening, I found that trashes were empty so someone had come. And when we checked out in the morning, I found that Dede, instead of sending Gede, had sent Novotel housekeeping and Novotel charged us USD 25.00 for a service we did not want. Another surprise from Dede.
We had mentioned Dede someone would sleep in the living room but when we came, we found that there were no linens, blankets or pillows for the roll-away bed in the living room. We obtained them all later from Novotel. Dede had never mentioned before that these would be extra and had to be obtained from Novotel. Yes, another surprise.
The divan in the living room has totally lost its firmness and is nothing like what you see at the pictures. It is loose and makes you think twice whether or not to sit on it. Its cover is dirty.
As my final words at this review, I would say Novotel facilities are beautiful. At a wonderful location and family-friendly. I definitely recommend Novotel Nusa Dua. But stay away from apartment 8405. -

That was a great place to relax and enjoy travelling the best places of Bali. I stayed in this unit for 2 nights with friends. The unit was big enough and everything was thought for us. Fancy bedrooms and bathrooms, and a huge balcony as well as a kitchen. The unit was so clean. The hotel clerks were really friendly. There were plenty of activities in the hotel itself like swimming in the pool, yoga, gym and jogging. The location was just good since it was just in the middle of Dreamland, which is the best beach of the island, and the city center. It was also close to the places have interesting local attractions. I am looking forward to go there again with more friends. I really enjoyed being in Bali and spending my time in this lovely unit.

Unit ruby 8405 (owner marijeti ) novotel nusadua is very very clean,the floor is made from marble and the wall as well.
We are very happy with the experience of staying there. and the rental price that we pay is exclude utility, which is good so we only pay for what we used. this way we can saved utility and the owner return whatever excess for the utility as well.
Next time we will definetely return for this unit and will introduce to others friends as well.

Hotel service is good and rooms are very clean, big and comfort. Facilities around hotel are very nice. Location of the condo is among many five stars hotel in one big area so feels private among them. They have shopping mall, many shops and mini markets which can fullfill all your needs. I personally recommended it is wonderful to spend your vocation with family and especially for the children they will enjoy very much of the enviroment and fun.

Hi, I'd love to go back again if I happened to go Bali again. The unit is very clean and the owner is kind and fair.
It has a big balcony where I can enjoy the breeze of the wind. The environment was great.
