Jasmine Villa is situated in a quiet, clean and beautiful street in Nusa Dua. The neighbors are very friendly. We were delighted to be invited (they love to invite anyone!) to participate in the New Year (Nyepi) preparations. We joined the band practice and admired the wonderful Ogoh Ogoh that had taken 2 months to construct.
The taxi fares are very cheap and local restaurants do pick you up and deliver you home free of charge.
The very impressive and cheap Carrefour shopping complex and supermarket is reasonably close by in a taxi which will cost you around $7 australian.
The Villa is beautiful. Three lovely bedrooms, a living area large kitchen and two bathrooms gave us lots of space and all were air conditioned.
The kitchen is well equipped and hot and cold water always available from the water dispenser.
Having a private pool was wonderful and it is beautifully presented and maintained. (The steep metal ladder may make access difficult for older people.)
The villa driver, Kadek, picked us up at the airport, spoke English well and was very helpful. Al the housekeeper is terrific. On our last night she made our dinner - nasi goreng, chicken and vegetable soup and chicken and peanut stir fry. For 4 the total cost was $17 australian and was the nicest meal we have had in Bali. We were sorry we had not had al's meals every night!
The villa owner, Suzy in australia was very good to deal with, promptly replied to any questions and provided information as required.
While we did not have children staying with us, the fact that the house can be locked so there is no access to the pool is a reassuring bonus for parents.

We stayed at the Jasmine Villa for a week in February, along with another couple. The villa is great, however we were disappointed with the location, as by reading the reviews etc, we were under the impression that the villa was within walking distance to the beach and shopping complex Bali Collections. It is a good 5-10 mins by car to either of these places.
Kadek the driver is an absolute must, he is priceless - always happy and laughing and eager to assist in any way. Great stay would recommend. -

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the airport and villa. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Location was ideal as we were positioned in a quiet residential street mixing with the friendly locals. Access to the beach and other attractions were within easy reach as our driver was very willing to take us where we wanted. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay and would thoroughly recommend the Jasmine Villa.

My husband and I stayed at Jasmine Villa July 2012.
Oh what an amazing experience.The villa is situated in a little urban street 5 minutes from Mengiat Beach which has restaurants galore nearby.The villa itself comes with everything you could possibly think of and more.A fruit platter on arrival made by alvi ,who is the houskeeper for the villa. Alvi would come in daily looking for work to do, ( we tried to make it easy )she cooked for us and showed me how to cook three of her favourites.We then enjoyed this in the oudoor area next to the pool music in the background, compliments of Suzy and her collection of CDs (also Dvds for any of the three flatscreens in the villa).The driver Kadek as recommended by Suzy was a real find.There is nothing about Bali that Kadek doesn,t know, he took us absolutley everywhere with great enthusiasm and humour to match.Suzy obviously has a real understanding as to what people need to have an amazing holiday as Jasmine Villa and its staff cater to every need and more. Upon arrival at the villa, the surrounding was calm as it is situated amongst the locals. The villa pool is just the comfortable size though family with young kids might want to be careful as its quite deep for the kids. Pool was clean and relaxing. Villa living hall, kitchen, bathrooms and the 3 rooms were clean and nice. Villa is perfect for families or friends of 6 persons. I have no complain at all living here at jasmine villa. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Thumbs up, jasmine villa.

I had the pleasure of staying at the villa in Febuary with Sue and have to say it was like a home away from home. Set in a quiet Balinese village it was perfect place to unwind and have a great massage with Roni who will happily come to the villa at a good price.
It is close to the beaches at Nusa Dua and to great restaurants, I rented my own car so found some great places and restaurants to try out close by.f you didnt have yr own car or bike Kadek will happily drive you anywher. The villa has a great relaxing feeling about it and found it easy to unwind after a stressful day of shopping !!!

We stayed in Jasmin VillaC30 Wisma Nusa Permai Nusa Dua Baulu Kampial, for a week at the end of Nov, start of Dec 2011. It was a enjoying week & we relaxed to the fullest.We also went on site seeing Monkey Forest in ubud, elephant riding, coffee plantation, volcano hiking, bungy jumping in Legion, & Water boom water park! The villa was great, only complaint was that the master Bedroom aircon in in the hallway with no way to shut it off from the Living room, which we never used so that aircon wasnt enough! We enjoyed the pool ever single day!! I would recommend Getting in villa dining, from allbalitours.com we had Meat & seaFood BBQ cooked at our villa, cheap Easy & deliecious.. Just be sure to tell them to bring Propane because villa uses Electric. It was the best experience we had in the villa! Also Use Kadek as a driver on our tours & if needed to take a taxi anywhere, at fair prices & quaility service.

could not fault the service. From picking my family up from the airport to the following week when dropping us back there kadek was indispensable, he has excellent local knowlage, is honest friendly and an all round nice guy, I highly recommend anyone staying at the villa to utilise his services.the villa was well furnished , and well maintained ,my only criticism would be the slow wi-fi ,and the plumbing backed up a couple of times but hey this is bali. the location was great ,easy access to beaches.
, restaurants and cheap shopping(kept the wife and kids happy) Will definatley go back ,but in the summer when not as humid. -

We stayed at Jasmine Villa from 4th to 14th October 2011 and had a great stay! It was home from home, with everything you could want in a holiday Villa, with complete comfort and cleanliness thrown in, and your own private pool and outside space to boot!
Pick up and drop off at the airport by private driver, were included too!
Situated in a small quiet Balanise Villiage, where the 'locals' were friendly, and a 'Day Spa' within walking distance!
It was our first time in Bali so we wanted to do all of the usual touristy things, so we hired the driver, Kadek quite a lot, I can highly recommend him, he was brilliant!! from taking us to the trustworthy Money Changers, the Supermarket on the way home after a long days driving around, and organizing the itiniary, after we told him what we wanted to see!! He was great value for money too!!!
Local restaurants in Nusa Dua, will pick you up and drop you back at the villa after your meal, (and they know the directions too).
I would highly recommend Jasmine Villa to anyone wanting a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of larger places like Kuta and Seminyak, although everywhere in Bali was easy to get to.

Our stay at the jamine villa was more than we expected. The villa was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. Kadek was a gift - he took us everywhere and his recommendation to go to Bom Bom Bali Restaurant was the best! Elle was a joy to see every morning and her work was exceptional - given she often had to work around 2 little boys running through the villa. Being situated in a balinese village added to out experience, we loved meeting the locals. The free transport to and from the restaurants at night was also a blessing.

Hi Suzy,
first i would like to say thank you for your help with our questions, it was much appreciated.
Jasmine villa was more than we expected,it is beautiful.The pool was very welcoming and the outdoor settings very comfortable.
The place was a home from home and Elfie? the cleaner kept it clean and tidy on a daily basis, she was also very helpful when we needed provisions, information etc, Thanks Elfie.
The free pick up by the local restaurants is very handy and prompt too, we tried them all and the food was very very good(its just a free call from the villa phone "outstanding"), we liked to wait outside to be picked up as because the villa is in a very quaint village street,the locals would often stop for a chat and give you a flower for your hair.
There are lots of things too see and do in Bali and we found the villa to be a great base to start from,we used a couple of different drivers initially who were ok but on the third day we called Kadek.
"Where do i start"
Kadek appeared like a bright light in a dark place, his bright smile and infectious giggle had us hooked in minutes, for the next five days he showed us everything we wanted to see and as he knows bali like the back of his hand he also showed us places that are off the tourist routes.
Every morning right on time, there he was, a big smile and a warm welcome and we knew we were going to have a brilliant day.
Every place we visited,Kadek always used his knowledge of the history and culture to help us absorb the whole essence of where we were. Thank you Kadek for such a wonderful time you are a dead set legend and we miss you so much,keep in touch mate.
I would reccomend staying at jasmine villa and i would seriously reccomend using Kadek as your driver.
Thank you Suzy for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back.

I stayed here for just over a week in august/Sept 2011. Villa is on a nice, pretty street with friendly and helpful neighbours. Villa is exactly as described on website and photos. its really clean with everything you need/want for a relaxing holiday. owner was flexible when i needed to change my travel dates and the housekeeper and driver can help you with everything from laundry to scooter hire. Great info book with usful suggestions for local shops, beaches and restaurants in nusa dua. recommended.

We both thoroughly enjoyed all that was available in Villa Jasmine. Could not want for anything. It was a good base to venture out which we did and spent 2 nights in Lovina. The baker(roti)which called about 8.30am and 7.30pm each day was a real treat, fresh bread and bakery items was a highlight to the day. Cannot forget our Housekeeper al, what a delight to see her each day, was a sad day on departure to say goodbye,I hope she is happy, please send our appreciation to her, I know she knows this, she is such a gem, such a help with Laundrey, beer delivery or any other things we needed advice with. Kadek was a delight with pick up from hotel and airport depature, such a happy guy. all in all, was great, the dog across from the villa is a nuisance, barks continually, which can be a big greivance early hours of the morning, but all the locals are so friendly, makes you not want to leave. Also, maybe just us, but we did think the pool was very cold, sun seemed to be in the coutyard upto midday, which didn't seem to heat it enough, therfore it was not used as much as we had hoped by staying in a villa. We would definately stay again with you, found all correspondence readily replied to and would like to thankyou for that. If you have any good specials in the next 12 months, would be pleased to accept any emails in regards to this. Also, just 1 last thing, the girls at the Home Spa, truely beautiful, had the works and felt like a queen afterwards. upon arrival, kadek the driver greeted us warmly. the drive from the airport was pleasant and lengthy enough for us to take in the bali scenery. we were initially a bit surprised with the secluded location - right smack in the middle of a pleasant village - but it turned out to be the best part. the locals were friendly, unassuming and nice neighbors. the villa was perfect. the bathrooms clean and spotless and inviting, the pool area just calling for us to dip in. being a pair of homebodies we love the satellite tv, with the selection of dvds. i enjoyed reading the books in the drawer as well, also blasting jack johnson while flipping magazines by the pool. when we do go out, its either to the nearby area where we had local food or to the much recommended wisma salon - tip top.

We had a truly relaxing stay at jasmine Villa - located in the heart of a balanese village we were made very welcome by the locals, and felt we truly experienced a peaceful quiet holiday whilst seeing how balenese people lived there day to day lives. and if you do choose Jasmine villa - remember to check out the local restaurant at the end of the street - superb hosts, food is amazing and value for money tops too !!

Jasmine Villa was simply perfect. It is nestled within a quiet and friendly village and a short distance from town, resturants and beaches. Town is also walking distance and an interesting experience meeting people along the way.

As this was our first visit to Bali, staying in the Jasmine Villa at Nusa Dua has and will always have a lasting impression. The villa was more than we expected, it was definately a home away from home with our family feeling as if it actually was. It is in an excellent location and we thoroughly enjoyed living amongst the Balinese families. The Balinese friendliness certainly made our stay very relaxing and we easily adapted to their way liffe, especially their exotic foods and the Bintang beer. Kadek made us feel like family and was very helpfull. Tuki was absolutely wonderful and we appreciated having a clean and tidy home to come back to at the end of the day...not to mention the fragrant clean clothes. I have missed that since coming home to Darwin. Having Yani and her staff at the Wisma Salon was relaxing and I walked away from there without a care in the world...After our massages we were on cloud nine. The villa is definately ideal for a family and we are very happy that we did not choose a hotel setting. We are already planning our next holiday...yes back to Bali and we are definately going to stay within the Villas at Nusa Dua. A big thankyou to Sue and her exceptional staff for making our first stay a magical, memorable and relaxing holiday.

Absolutely fabulous does not come close in describing this villa. From the moment we met Kadek the driver and Tuki the caretaker we knew that we were onto a winner. A taxi into Nusa Dua centre was cheap and very prompt, with the phone in the villa it could not have been easier. Most if not all of the local restaurants provide a free driver there and home again, just a phone call is all it takes. If you want to eat at home, the street sellers are great and cheap for lunch, the local baker delivers fresh several times a day cheaper than the supermarket. Some local restaurants also deliver very quickly if you require.
The villa itself cannot be praised enough, very private, very clean and very comfortable. With a tv in all bedrooms and the lounge, sat tv and dvd in the lounge, dvd in one bedroom, hi-fi in the dining room with speakers by the pool, wi-fi and local phone all included what more could you want to keep you entertained in the air conditioned comfort of the Jasmine villa. Relaxing outside is also taken care of with 2 sunbeds under the large umbrella and the huge settee in the courtyard, thats if you are not in the pool all day.
Another great place to go only 2 streets away is the Wisma Salon, if you are not close enough to paradise yet then a massage at the Wisma will certainly finish the trip.
I would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone, I will certainly have it on my list to return to.

My partner and i stayed at Jasmine Villa for 11 days. everything you could possibly want is available within the villa, The size is fantastic for family's or just couples. The shopping is only a short taxi trip away and the Restaurants in the area will pick you up and drop you back free of charge. Kadek will pick you up and return you to airport after your trip, he is also available for any day trips you would like to do. Kadek has a wealth of knowledge and is so happy to help in any way, Tuki is your housekeeper while you are there and she welcomes you every morning with a smile, The privacy of the villa is fantastic and is located in a very quiet street so if relaxation is what you want this is the place to be.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Kadek and Tuki for making it so special
We will definately will be coming back.

We arrived to a clean villa with welcoming fruits in the fridge!
Kadek the driver was very friendly,and there is daily housekeeping from Tuki the housekeeper, who is also a very great cook! Though the location is not very near to shopping area, but we like the peaceful atmosphere around the area. Taxi is just a call away, and some restaurants also provide free pick-up and drop-off service.
We will definitely stay here if we were back again for holidays.

We arrived to the villas, only seeing pictures. Sometimes pictures can be misleading. But not this time!!! The villa was stunning and comfortably slept my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 5). Everything you could possibly need was at the villa. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil. I could not give a higher recommendation of the laundry service recommended by the villa. She done a fabulous job. The house was kept everyday and the transfers to and from the airport to the villa was great as it was something else I did not have to organize. The taxi ride from the villa to Hardy's cost about 15,000rp, and was about a 5 minute drive. All the restaurants where about a 5 minute drive as well. You would call the restaurant and they would pick you up and return you back to the villa at the end of the meal at no cost. All the phone numbers and every pamphlet about the sites of Bali where left in a book for to view you. So, If you want a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of touristy things, in a quite location and within a 5 minute drive of the neighborhood of Nusa Dua then this accommodation is just right for you.

Me and my husband stayed at this villa and two different hotels while visiting Bali this year. The villa was a real home from home. Fully equipped with everything we could need. The village itself, while not picturesque, was a good base to explore the rest of Bali from.
If you are looking for a one stop destination where you do not want to wander far,then this villa may not be for you, but if you are prepared to travel out of the village then you will be very pleased with the value and comfort the villa provides.
One tip though, always take the map of the villa with you, and familiarize yourself with the surroundings, we foolishly went out very soon after arriving, not returning until dark and the taxi driver got hopelessly lost in the village, we eventually made it back after 45 minutes searching, bit stressful,none of the taxis we took knew how to get to the villa so you do need to help out and get to know the area which was fine after a couple of trips. Of course there is the lovely driver who picks you up from the airport but he may not always be available.
In all we had a fab time and would stay at the villa again. -

We stayed at the Jasmine Villa for 8 nights with our two young daughters, aged 2 and 5. The Villa is very well equipped, beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable, but unfortunately for us with our children it proved to be unpopular. Our 5 year old was happy to splash around in the pool as she was becoming a confident swimmer. However, our 2 year year old would not go near the pool as she couldn't touch the bottom. As the location is residential and not walking distance to anything other than a very small mini-mart we had to constantly rely on Kadek (recommended driver) to pick us up and take us out. Kadek was great and was always available, all we had to do was text him. Unfortunately a lot of taxi's didn't seem to know the area that the Jasmine Villa is located in and asked us for directions!! We did get quite good at directing taxi's if we were in them but a bit hard to try and explain to them how to get to the Villa when you weren't with them. Oh and the 5am daily "call to prayer" was not a pleasant wake-up call! Blinds on the bedroom windows do not give much privacy or protection from early morning light either. Beware the dogs in the streets at neighbouring properties, quite noisy sometimes and the kids didn't like walking past them nor did we! All in all we had a good time, but we wouldn't return again, based mainly on its isolated location.

Firstly thanks for submitting a review, unfortunately there is no barrier fence for very young children at the villa as the pictures of the swimming pool on the website clearly show, In regards to the taxis we have never had a problem with this whilst we have stayed there, because all you have to do is give your villa phone number to the phone operator and the taxis will usually find you right away, In regards to the area as stated on our website information it is located in a Bali residential area away from all the hustle and bustle so you are experiencing the day to day life of the Balinese. In relation to the dogs this is the way things are in Bali. Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay as much as you hoped. All the best. Suze -

We were looking for budget accommodation and this totally exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was very clean / well equipped and comfortable. We were collected at the airport and had a driver available at our leisure for extremely competitive rate. This villa is really well located with fantastic day spa down the road and close to shopping and restaurants. Had ag reat time and am still stunned at what exceptional value it was. Would recommend to anyone

The Jasmine villa is an excellent place to stay while over in Bali, Nusa Dua. We had a great stay, and the driver, who picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off aswell, was especially helpful with local knowledge of the area. The villa is a lovely place to stay, beautiful pool and nice furnishings throughout. The owner, Suzy, was also very helpful from checkin to checkout and any enquiries we had. The children had a blast and we all look forward to going back over to bali and staying at the Jasmine villa again, It is highly recomended!

Four members of my family recently traveled to Bali. We were met by at the airport which made getting to the villa very easy. We enjoyed every bit of our vacation and highly recommend the villa. The villa is well equipped and well cared for. We enjoyed traveling around the island and spending days at many of the beautiful beaches. We have been to many of the islands in Indonesia and Bali has the most beautiful beaches. The weather is perfect, the people are friendly and the restaurants great!! We thoroughly enjoyed the many great restaurants all with good food, good atmosphere and good service. The restaurant owners even pick you up from the villa and safely return you back home once you have dined.The pool was beautiful and kept us all entertained. The Villa was more than we expected and excellent value for money.

Jasmine Villa is perfect for families of all ages - in our case with 3 teenagers. Heaps of room, plenty of relaxation with the pool and tv/dvd players - fabulous kitchen meant we could self cater at the end of a day out sightseeing. Close enough to Nusa Dua for shopping, yet in a peaceful expat community. Tuki was wonderfully unobtrusive and helpful. The highly recommended spa/hairdresser also fabulous. We were really glad to stay at Jasmine Villa. It contributed to making our holiday a memorable one. It had everything we needed, a great little pool and it was modern and clean. Tuki the housekeeper was so lovely, always willing to help, and always with a smile. The villa was in a great little street. We even got to know some of the neighbours. It was much better than spending time in an hotel with other tourists.

We were looking for a villa to suit our large family at a reasonable price as
hotels are to small and we found the Jasmine Villa. We contacted Sue the
owner and she was very helpful providing information on the villas location
and amenities. We like the villa as it provided space (compared to hotel
rooms) and a home away from home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3
TVs, 2 DVD players, Kitchen and dining area and a lounge room it was big
enough for us to chill out and have our own space. The kitchen was good
as you can prepare meals if needed, or eat out as we did most nights. It
was very clean and tidy and the housekeeper who comes daily does a
fantastic job. The pool was great for a dip to cool off in the Bali heat. The
location was good in a resedential area in Nusa Dusa, not far to walk to
local shops, ATMs and restaurants or you can catch a cab to the beach or
other areas of Bali. Cabs are inexpensive.
It was great to picked up on arrival and returned for departure at the
airport.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jasmine Villa and would certainly
recommend it to others visiting Bali. -

We stayed in the Jasmine Villa and it was fantastic. The villa was beautful and it was a peaceful little street to stay in, unlike the crazy hustle and bustle of Kuta.
Leo, the taxi driver was fantastic, if we were unsure what to do or where to go, he gave us plenty of suggestions. If Leo wasn't so busy with all the villa guests we would have claimed him for our whole trip!!
I would recommend anyone wanting to stay somewhere a bit more relaxed than Kuta. Nusa Dua is a little bit more relaxed, definitely a good place for first time visitors or those visitors who just want to relax.

My husband and I took our 9 month old son on our first family holiday. The villa was perfect for a young family and in a great location. Having the extra space and facilities meant my husband and I could still relax and swim while our son had naps and went down at night. The cleanliness of the villa made it easy for us to give our son space to play also.
Once we got the hang of where we were, we had a faboulous time and would recommend this type of accomodation for anyone wanting a more cultural Bali experience. The staff and local people were lovely and always willing to point us in the right direction. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and great holiday.
