What a lovely traditional Victorian home in which to relax and enjoy a spectacular view of the beautiful Nantucket Sound! We enjoyed the multiple opportunities for viewing the water from both the lower porch and upper deck as well as views from all the bedrooms. The home was clean and well maintained and the period furniture allowed us to forget the hectic life of the modern world and relax in a quiet and nostalgic atmosphere. A short walk to a public beach was a plus and an easy paced longer walk allowed us to enjoy the town of Oak Bluffs without dealing with the traffic congestion. Sitting on the upper deck enjoying appetizers and drinks while watching the boats come and go in the Sound was a real plus in this relaxing vacation experience. The large private outside shower was a delightful experience. We would definitely stay again and also highly recommend this vacation home to a friend.

The owner couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach, town, ice cream, and still feel out of the main stream. Everything is close by. Sitting on both the porch and the deck is amazing, relaxing and spectacular views both during the day and at night. You can lie in bed and both see and hear the ocean. The outside shower is large and wonderful - one of our group wanted to go home to our suburban community and build his own! Would just love to come back every year. Thank you.

We have been vacationing in this delightful home for many years and have experienced only wonderful stays. It would be nearly impossible not to relax, given the tranquil surroundings and comfortably spacious accommodations. Inside or out, a lovely view of the water can be had from practically every room, porch and deck. At night,
with the windows and upper deck doors open, the sound of the water gently lulls you to sleep. On sunny afternoons, we've often enjoyed a glass of wine, cheese with crackers and crudites on the upper deck. It doesn't get any better than that! Plus, with the conveniences of the town and beach just an easy walk away, the only time you
might need a car would be to go touring up island, though there are plenty of alternative transportation possibilities available for those purposes. We plan to continue our stays at this property. You simply cannot go wrong with this home's location, beauty and charm.
